Based on your report we were able to demonstrate to the sellers some additional flaws in the home and were able to get the price dropped. So the home inspection paid huge dividends! Plus, your detailed report and summary provided a great road map for our home improvement projects.
Lastly, your guidance and education was terrific. I felt like we were on our own home improvement show. Replace burned out bulbs to avoid a "Light is inoperable" report that may suggest an electrical problem. Remove items blocking access to HVAC equipment, electric service panels, water heaters, attics and crawl spaces.
