Melanie is always there to help. There has been several times that Melanie and company has helped me with insurance, complicated refill dates, doc to pharmaceutical communication, discounts if applicable, and on. Always polite, always looking out for the customer, and never seems to have a bad day. And the part that makes even more special is the fact that I'm not a local, I live in Florence, SC but have to use this company due to a certain medication so all my meds have to be mailed. Updated 1-30-2020- This time Home Rx truly delivered. My meds came in as promised along with a small gift for the inconvenience. But what meant more than that was an earlier call from the supervisor to apologize for the mix up. That follow-up was great customer service.
They couldn't get my usual medication in the I received from them Fed Ex and never bothered to notify me. When I called them, they said they would send it out but we're short and could hen only send out a weeks worth Thursday). I get some of my medicines from here. I use their delivery service
They're always nice and quickly get my medicines to me within a day or two after my doctor appointment. Always give me a free bottle of multi vitamins with my prescriptions. I appreciate this very much. They also have have low, low prices in their prescriptions.
Heck they even send you a flyer with low prices on medicines that you can buy without insurance. They are not your average pharmacy. They are well above in my book

We use the West 27th street location but we LOVE Lumberton Drug. Both locations have the friendliest employees, they get you in and out and offer their assistance in any way they can.
During hurricane Matthew they were especially helpful, opening both locations for a couple hours each day even though there was no power, so that folks could get their much needed medicine.

I have been with Lumberton Drug since they opened and they are like family. Everyone there is helpful and eager to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I especially love how they cater to the needs of the elderly helping them with medications and any questions they have concerning their meds.
Their Rx program is the best! How nice to be contacted each month to see what meds I need and all are ready at the same time each month. Also, their delivery program is such an asset.
Would highly recommend Lumberton Drug to everyone! Reminds you of the drug stores of the past....
