I am beyond upset with this company I came here last year and everything was working fine I leave my car the guy doesn't attend me well he looks like he's lost he's the sign says you close at 6:00 I'm here at 5:50 and nobody's here and I don't know where my car is, this is totally unacceptable now I have to waste money on Uber to get home and then I got to come and Uber again to see if you guys still have my car this is ridiculous never using this company again

I to my Buick Enclave with 68000 miles to get an oil change. I usually take an old 2005 Chevy Cobalt to this location and I never have issues. I usually take my Buick to the Dealership to change the oil for quickness and service but I was in a hurry and did not plan accordingly. When I arrived I told them the type of oil I wanted (5w30 full synthetic). After the oil change, the Check Engine light stayed on. I asked them if they touched anything electrical, the managers response was that all they do is change the oil. I told them that I was going home to check the code. When I came home, the codes

While I frequently change oil myself, this place is great for those who don't. You pull right in, don't have to leave the car and they're super quick. We were in and out within 15 minutes.
They also give you free water or soda while you "wait" which is a great touch.

Long story short I got an oil change and had to get a new car. I got an oil change and broke down in Palm Bay a few days later. The tow truck driver, road ranger, and mechanic all said my car was given way too much oil and it leaked into the engine and therefore I needed a new one $6,800. My car was a 2015 with 60,000 miles they said this should not have happened, but wasn't sure they could prove negligence. I am new in town and I just picked a random place to get an oil change. These guys helped me with my A/C as it stopped cooling. They took my car in immediately and fixed it. The manager and the rest of the staff were professional and quick.The best part is they guarantee their work and stand by it. I will definitely continue to service my car in. Great shop and the service is superb!!! Found this place close to my home and it is touch less service where you stay in your car which is fantastic! Did I mention that they are super fast? The attendant provided me with water and helped me get my car in the bay because I was having trouble. Will come back for sure!!!

Great experience! The manager quickly attended me for my oil change and noticed damage in my cars oil panel left by a mechanic I used to go to. He told me my options and helped me find an affordable piece to order and made the process for repair easy and worry free! Definitely will be back. Place was very clean, accommodating, and I appreciated the great customer service.

These guys are Not proffesional neither confident. When they changed the oil for my F-150 van, they told me to replace the back brakes for $250, I said No because I didnt have money at that time. Days later a mecanic friend helped me changing the brakes but OH SURPRISE!!! The brakes were GOOD, they didnt need to be replace!!! Be careful with these disonest guys 😗😗😗

I went in for an oil change fully expecting to have to come back in a few hours to pick it up. Brian told me to stay in the car and pull it up and was done within 10 minutes. Both Brian and Jorge were exceedingly pleasant and efficient. I was very impressed and commented that I felt like I was in a tv commercial because we all seemed so happy to be there. I recommend this place hands down!!! Honest, caring and great customer service! I've been using them for a long time. However today my car was making this really weird noise... it was 5 till 6 and they close at 6. They could have told me .. sorry I cannot help you at this time. But they didn't. Seriously great service. I own a 1994 Ford Ranger and they found a cable hanging down that I may have forgotten about during the rebuilding of my engine. The taped of off and got me on my way in about 30min. They are knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer they try their absolute best to find it.
