We are proud to be a family-owned and operated small business. MasterClass was founded in 2011 with a well defined mission - to provide a personal service experience, deliver quality workmanship, and deliver it at a fair price. While we realize this customer-focused philosophy isn't necessarily unique, needless to say, it is becoming increasingly rare in our industry.
We offer complimentary vehicle inspections. One of our master technicians will perform a multi-point visual inspection to identify any and all safety and mechanical issues visibly present. Subsequently, we will prepare an estimate for any related repairs, identifying which items require most urgency.
MasterClass Automotive is a full-service collision repair facility and body shop in Miami. We specialize in European luxury and exotic vehicles brands, including Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Fully licensed and insured, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality craftsmanship and service.

Brakes were making a sound. They quoted me a price over the phone for the worst case scenario. Made an appointment. They checked it out and told me that the sound was due to the material of the pads used and that there was nothing for them to fix and the parts were good enough that they shouldn't replace them. Left the shop with a peace of mind and was not charged! Grateful and I think I'll bring my car back in next time I need a repair.

These guys are awesome. They've always given me a fair deal and stand by their work. I've had a hard time finding a mechanic I can trust. We all have. But I trust these guys. The only reason this is mot five star review is that their hour don't line up well with mine. That's just a personal thing. I still highly recommend MasterClass Auto and will take my truck there whenever I need work on it.

From the beginning of the entire process everything was clear and comfortable. This is rare to find especially in body shops. Frank Pacheco was our advisor and he was nothing short of great, making us feel welcomed, understood and not to mention the car was ready when he said it would be. When my 2013 BMW 550i's engine failed at 67k miles due to known problems with the N63 engine, the dealer tried to stick me with a massive repair bill and barely lifted a finger to try to help. I felt like you don’t get the personal touch you do from most shops. I tried the shop since it was so highly recommended. If I am going to pay a premium to get work done on my car I expect better service. Dealt with the secretary or administrative assistant the whole time which doesn’t really know much about cars. I would’ve liked a call from a… tech at least for advice. I really feel like I was robbed and charged a lot of money and the car Is still the same. I've supported Masterclass Automotive with each foreign vehicle I've owned. It's difficult to find a HONEST mechanic in SoFla but Ron and his team are extremely professional, friendly, and courteous.
