I rented several pieces from this company. Communication prior to my event was efficient. Juan contacted me immediately after every email and we solidified all items. The day of the event the delivery guys were ridiculously late. Left items on 1st floor even though they were to be delivered to the 6th. They did not care about anything. I had a strict 8:30 pm pick up as all items had to be off premise. No one came to pick up. No one answered phones, emails, Instagram messages, nothing. I waited five hours after 8:30 pm and nothing. Horrible company, How they continue to take orders and deposits when they have no intention of delivering what customers order is so gross. They have sold most of their stock and will still take your deposit and then tell you they cannot fulfill your order and pressure you to take something else. They will refuse to refund your money even though they no longer stock what your ordered . Your special events and milestones are too important DO NOT be taken advantage of. Read the reviews and check the BBB sight they currently have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau , see for yourself

This company is a disgrace. They deserve 0 stars. The owner and staff are nothing more than thieves preying on people who booked their services and left them deposits in good faith. I had ordered and paid for a custom back drop last year but my daughters event was cancelled due to covid. I called them 2 months ago to tell them I needed the backdrop for May 1st 2021. At that time I was informed they were no longer making custom back drops. Of course I then asked to be refunded. By the way, I shared my experience with another rental party company and they said that I am not the first person to complain! This place is a joke charged 15% cancelation fee after they made an error and never left with the rental! Cancelled the rental and they would not refund the fee... This place does not know what customer service is about! They do not disclose anything to the customer even when they are sitting getting a quote.... I would not recommend anyone rent anything from this place!!!

Order white drapes with crossbars along with a sweetheart table and four goblets. The items were delivered a day before my wedding, and my fiancée and I went into the room to begin setting up. (Oh yeah, they don't setup, only deliver!)
We go in to begin setting up when I pick up on of the bars and I notice that I have oil on my hand. I look to see where the oil came from and it is on the pole. This lead me to take a closer look at the poles and the poles are horrendous! They have stickers on them from previous events. We immediately stopped and called Rent4Parties to explain the situation

Horrible experience! We used this company for a bridal shower this past weekend. The drop off time for the rented pieces was 11am, they arrived at 1pm... our event started at 1pm. There was zero communication with us, and because it was a Sunday we were unable to get in contact with any staff! Then the furniture comes, it's dirty. Visible Scuff marks on the throne chair, dirty letter tables AND the flower wall had a ton of unattractive gaps in it. Yesterday was my was sister baby shower , at the last minute our party planner cancelled on us . We called Rent4Parties. William came all way from
New Jersey to Yonkers within an hour before the baby shower and made sure my sisters day was prefect & it definitely was. He made sure we had everything we needed & told us to relax. If i could give it a 0 i would the worst customer service i have ever experienced . The manager of the New Jersey location Pauola was by far the rudest i have ever seen. She hung up the phone on me and my fiancé when we Simply asked for the correct spelling of her name. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ! They will rob you the way they robbed me ! Amazing customer service!! William made the process so easy for me. I explained that I was pregnant so he very kindly emailed me pictures of everything I asked him for. The staff accommodated my needs as I didn't want to travel to NJ to pick the items I rented; instead they delivered to the Bronx. As soon as I got there everything was ready for me. The ladies helped me put everything in my car without a problem. I was in and out within minutes. Amazing service!!! I had my baby shower in NJ & I needed some last minute things since the original places I was supposed to rent from fell through. This place rent4parties were so helpful, professional & accommodating. I was able to purchase my loveseat & tables & chairs from them. Let me tell u the selections they have for party stuff was so beautiful & overwhelming it was so hard to choose. They have everything u could think of in one place or even give u ideas as well. The only reason they got 1 star is because you need to show a review. Is it to much to ask that the items your renting be clean prior to delivery. The chairs and tables were all dirty and I had to scrub what appear to be grape juice or grape cool-aide off the tables. I emailed the company and got no response. The pick up of the rentals was late and I had to call and ask when they were arriving. Don't waste your time with these people because it's clear after they deliver the stuff they don't care. Yes
