After spending a few years establishing the company, Sterling merged with Lawn Party Tents out of Wyckoff, NJ in 1998, combining 30 years of experience. If I'm having a buffet party how many plates should I order? A. A good guestimate is about two plates per guest, this may change if you are serving more than one main course. What are your delivery hours?
A. Our standard delivery 9am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday However, we do understand that many location, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we operate 24 hours a day seven days a week to meet your event requirements.Deliveries and pickup that don't fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged an additional fee.

I never ever write reviews but I felt like whoever considers this party rental should beware. Whoever answers the telephone to Sterling Party Rentals is by far the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I wouldn’t give my business to these people just because of how unpleasant she was. Called to inquire about prices and availability and was given the worst service possible.

I do not like to make bad reviews unless is necesery. The lady that answered the phone 10/20/20 @ was very rude and unpolite when I called them. I was asking for the prices and she replied " What exactly You want " when I asked the types of tables and prices. If she is the woner, she has to choise a different bussines. No necesary her bad actitud ! Just be kind 🙂, the life is too short !

Bad experience. I rented chairs and a patio space heater for a surprise party Saturday night. I called 2 days before the party to confirm my order and was told they couldn't deliver on Saturday. We had access to a pickup truck so we picked them up, but couldn't take the space heater in the truck. After the party I called to see if they could pick up the chairs. First I was told flat out 'no', then 'let me see'. Then I was offered pick up at $50.00 for 30 chairs. Ridiculous. The receptionist was also extremely rude.

I used Sterling rental for my daughter in laws bridal shower. They were very easy to deal with, the delivery man asked if he could set it up for me. The tables looked beautiful and the icing on the cake was they showed up for delivery and pick up when they said they would. I have another event in May and I am calling them back!!

We had a great experience at our nieces surprise party. My sister rented chairs and tables from Sterling Party Rentals and they were in really good shape. The crew from Sterling came on time and set up the chairs, tables tent and cooking grill in no time. Everything was clean and in good shape. The affair was great.
