Scheduled 1800 Haul out for Sunday 6/20 between 9-11 they never showed up, when we called, no one answered but they texted back saying "we didn't see your appointment" and said they would be out 6/21 @ 10am they didn't show up and when we texted them they said the truck was at the dump and was far from us so we canceled. This company wasted our time with their unreliable business practices. Will use someone more reliable

I contacted who i presume to be the business owner on a saturday early morning, inquiring about costs to remove some contractor bags of debris from moving and renovating. I was met with a very kind and understanding gentleman who promptly gave me the 411 on his costs, and how the process works. All fees were SO so so reasonable and a ton cheaper than the other local companies. He sent out his driver, Alex, that very same day, just a few hours later, and after some deliberation, he made a cost for removal that i literally could not refuse. Not to mention he was so very sweet during the whole thing

These guys were so great, we were actually looking for more junk to pay them to remove! I signed up online for an estimate, and the turnaround was less than 24 hours from appointment to removal. They arrived right at 3pm, which was the earliest side of our time slot, so we did not have to wait around. They came prepared to work even though the appointment was for an estimate. They quickly and safely removed the 100 year old piano...and so quietly that our daughters (who are attending school online at home) and our napping toddler had no idea they were ever here! Our only complaint is with ourselves

I just moved to a house in roxborough area and found out my box spring wouldn't fit upstairs due to it being an old house with a narrow stairway. It was during tropical storm fay and I found 1-800-Haul-Out online joe got back to me immediately and came by the same day in the middle of the tropical storm to pick up my boxspring and headboard. Joe was amazing and affordable. He also accepts Venmo! I recommend him highly.

Called late one night after failing at trying to get the trash truck to take our old couch from the curb. Joe got back to us right away and was able to come the next morning to pick it up! Needed to get rid of a couch on a very short time frame and these guys got it done! Joe gave me a price and had a team out to my house within a half hour. They accepted Venmo which was awesome since I didn't have cash and they do have a credit card minimum (not unreasonable but my one item was below it). I would highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this service. Joe responded to my request within minutes. The team contacted me soon after and arrived with 20 minutes. They were very friendly and courteous not only to me but also to my neighbors. They were blocking a few neighbors while loading the truck and handled the situation very professionally. Overall great job on the removal and service!

I highly recommend 1-800-haul- out. Alex and his crew were prompt, professional and friendly. I needed a large piano removed from my home and Alex couldn't have made the process any easier. The piano was gone within 24 hours of calling these guys. They contacted me 1/2 hr prior to the appointment to let me know they were on their way, they arrived precisely on time, and cleaned up after they were done. I plan on using them again in the future.

They were on time, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The price was affordable and more than reasonable for our budget. I had scheduled with them to come pick up our junk as we were moving to another house. It was scheduled on a Saturday two weeks before we had to move. They didn't show up. They didn't even call. Then the next week when I contacted them, they scheduled for the following weekend. This was our last chance to get the junk out of the yard. They showed up this time, but late. I called and called but nobody answered and when I tried to leave a VM it was full. Then my wife called with another number and they picked up on the first ring. She told them that I have been trying to call and they responded

Joe had his crew to my house to haul away a bunch of damaged materials from my basement, including a broken hot water heater, within an hour of me contacting him. The team he sent was amazing, kind, and FAST. I can't say enough about Haul Out, they were professional and their estimate was the best we received. I called this company for trash removal of yard debree. After sending a picture of trash via text message I was told they can come tomorrow. A time was never given and I text them my address. I waited all day and no one ever came. I don't understand in this economy how a company can give u p good money. It was taken care of quickly by another company.

The only thing these guys know how to say is, "okay!", except for a couple of useful tips to save
us money. Very polite and efficient and a pleasure to do business with.

I wish I could give a zero! Atrocious customer service!!! Completing a renovation of our home and needed to start moving the debris. Made an appointment online for 8:30. Appointment was confirmed and expected to get a call prior to our set appt time. No call, no email so I called. " We aren't going to be able to come out today. We are all booked until next week." How is that so when your online schedule is showing open time slots all day?! And if this is the case, why not contact people who are scheduling appointments to let them know they shouldn't be waiting around for service

I was looking to get rid of some old furniture and other random items I no longer needed before moving out in September (sorry for the delay in reviewing!). To be 100% honest, I thought the service itself was a little more than I expected to pay. But I did compare to other companies nearby who do the same work and they are in the ballpark of the market. So no docking of stars for that.
But I appreciate great customer service when I see it. And these guys were outstanding. Not only did they get everything I asked them to get with a smile, including a difficult to move box spring, they offered to keep taking stuff for me if I wanted to. They really asked me, "Are you sure we can't get anything else for you?"
