Ameribin is a family-owned and operated business and has been providing dumpsters and debris removal services since 2008. We recycle and donate as much of the unwanted items as possible to help reduce landfill waste. We believe in offering exceptional personalized service while being fast, reliable, and competitively priced.
For over 14 years, Ameribin offers dumpsters for DIY clean-ups, remodelers, and debris and junk, as well as a clean-up service, should you not be in town or otherwise are unable to do it yourself. We put the concerns of our customers first and strive to make the whole junk and debris removal process simple, easy, and efficient.

Having AmeriBen with my employer is an absolute nightmare! I've waited over an hour and a half for service, on 2 separate occasions without EVER speaking to an agent. Unable to create an online account. The service is truly dishonorable, with respect to their "core values". Nonsense. Now, for the 3rd time, I am waiting for a representative for an hour and 11 minutes, and counting.. If you have other options to choose from when electing yearly benefits with your employer, do yourself a favor and choose a different insurance plan! I spend entirely too much money in benefits to be disregarded.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. They claim to have "Unbelievable and Incredible Support," which I suppose is true since it's unbelievably and incredibly horrible. How is a company still in business when they seem to make it their job to wait out their customers on hold so they don't have to answer questions and shirk their responsibilities?

I have had an incorrectly processed claim(in network processed out of network) that has had zero resolution and nothing but the same excuse for 6 months. Been told numerous times it’s fixed and they would communicate back to me and the hospital. Bill with hospital is over 2x out of pocket max and about to go to collections and still no help. Never had an issue before, just hope you never have an issue because who knows if it will ever get resolved

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Not only are the hold times to talk to someone 4-5 hours, once you get an employee on the phone they are incapable of answering basic questions that someone working for an insurance company should know. The coverage is poor at best. Avoid this company at all cost.

Getting in touch with anyone is an absolute nightmare. They don't answer calls and the online chat function also just perpetually loads because there are no available agents. I even tried the message center and uploaded a document with an explanation of what I needed help with. Just an absolute joke.

I called on 7/27/2021 and spoke with a lady who was rude, unprofessional, and who eventually hung up with me. The issue arose from multiple lingering billing issues that were not resolved, nearly 8 months after the birth of our son only gotten more complicated and tedious.
The woman did not listen to information I attempted to provide from prior calls and was very short in her lack of empathy to solving our issues.
I have spoken to Ameriben more than several times in the last 5 months and none were this rude and crass.

Called on 8-2-2021 you have no one answering the phone for over 40 minutes , my time is valuable to . Had to try 3 different numbers no one could help me with my claim with st Luke’s .you have a beautiful building no one working anymore no one knows what is going on. I received my check back now I am uninsured with no notices from you or St Luke’s Now what do I do

Can't recommend Ameri-Bin enough Eric was quick to respond by both calls and texts. They are very easy to work with and are extremely flexible. The rates are very reasonable, we're still in the process of using them and will likely need five or more bins and the company has been great to work with. Working with the delivery driver has been an awesome experience; he was very courteous and communicated quite well during the process.
