I absolutely love this place. Bailey was nothing shy of amazing! My grandmother passed away and I had to find some flowers for her service QUICKLY!
I had a few dilemmas and a budget. Our family had picked blue… for her color and I wanted to get her 2 wreaths and something else. However, the picture I had was larger than needed and the dress she was wearing didn't quite go with the colors we picked.

I live in Texas and needed flowers delivered ASAP in Washington. I called up Cranes Creations in the morning and she promised to make up a beautiful pink orchid arrangement. A few hours later I get a text thanking me for the flowers with a picture from the recipient. Cranes Creations came through and made a stunning arrangement for me last minute. Cranes created the most amazing flowers for my October wedding at Steilacoom Town Hall. They exceeded my vision and the guests were amazed. We loved the mix of colors and textures. I had to order an arrangement for a memorial service on short notice while still in Alaska and received great customer service. The lady I spoke with was helpful, patient and assisted me with picking just the right flowers for the service. She stayed on the line to make sure my card was charged correctly (can be troublesome when charging a card out of state, as I've had issues with my card blocking charges in other states for potential fraud) and emailed me a receipt right away. She even texted me a photo of the arrangement which meant a lot because I wasn't able to make it to the

So last week I ordered flowers for a funeral I dealt with Susie and I was talking on my cell phone Bob called me two days later asked if the abbreviation was correct I said no he knew it wasn’t correct and called me to ensure that our name was well represented that’s what you get when you deal with a local business not a one 800 number!!!!

Talk about amazing customer service! I placed an order for my mom's birthday, but then I realized that it fell on a federal holiday! I called and was able to easily get the address changed to her home. They also confirmed everything else in the order, just in case! They weren't rude about it, and they didn't make a big fuss over it. They were just kind and understanding!

First.....I live in California, and I WISH Crane's Creations were close to me!! I needed a special bouquet delivered to my sister and her husband for a sad day - my niece's first birthday since her death last December from Cystic Fibrosis. I called Crane's Creations on a recommendation from my sister-in-law who lives in Lakewood and spoke with Susie. I told her what the occasion was, and she was so kind and compassionate. She was also so very helpful. She said they would put together something beautiful for them, and I asked if they could include a butterfly in the bouquet -

We ordered the fall themed floral arrangement for this mid-autumn festival and my mother-in-law loved it! The floral arrangement looked exactly like the one in the picture but better. This has been one of the best experiences we've had with florists so far. They were catering and understanding. Amazing customer service and beautiful product!

I would definitely give them more than five stars if I could.
Ordered flowers from New York for an event that I could not attend.
Spoke to Bob on the phone who described the flowers he planned to use for the arrangement I chose and assured me about the delivery. Also, he emailed me a photo of the finished product and confirmed delivery with another email.
I felt really lucky that I found them.

One of my relatives is getting married this weekend and I wanted to get them a super nice bouquet. I'm really picky about the arrangements and it's difficult to find a good company especially since I live in Boise. Bob was MORE than accommodating. You can definitely tell it's a genuine family business that puts effort into their flowers unlike a 1-800 type of flower company. Thanks Bob!! Extremely happy.

We live in Hawaii and wanted to send some flowers to a friend who recently had surgery at St Clare Hospital in Lakewood, WA. We turned to Yelp for help & also asked a friend or two who reside in Chambers Bay and Lakewood. We were referred to Crane's Creation in Lakewood, WA.
We called and spoke with Judy. She was very polite and very helpful. Judy knew exactly where the hospital was located and assured us that the delivery would be made today! She took down all the details needed for the delivery and provided us with the total cost of the arrangement. She was extremely fast and efficient
