Honestly I wanted to give Custom Touch a great review, but my experience changed because of the poor customer service I received towards the end of the process. Everything seem well until they sent my invitations with my name and my fiance's in two different fonts. They decided to redo it and send us others and I thought that was fantastic! However, everything went downhill from there. I am not sure if they had a large amount of orders or what happened, but sometimes I felt like I had to send multiple emails just to get something done and it was very frustrating! I ask for a larger seating chart
