At Just/Because we offer Gallery shopping for every purse size. We are proud to showcase more than 70 American Artists plus over 20 International Artists. Many of our Artists craft their items in their home studios sourcing their raw materials from local businesses. By doing so they are helping other small businesses provide sustainability and independence.
Many of our Artists feature eco-friendly products that are not only good for you, but good for your home and the environment. Our Artists are trying to teach all of us the importance of a tiny carbon footprint. At Just/Because we also feature Fair Traded products with the mission of helping others create a future for themselves, their families and their communities.

This is one of the unique boutique shops on St Armands Circle, they have extraordinary merchandise, not your run of the mill gift shop found everywhere. Anytime I'm at St Armands, I always stop in to see what's new. The staff are so friendly and customer service focused, very well informed with the products in the store. They provide suggestions/alternatives to compliment your gift selection. This was the case when I bought a charcuterie board and was shown serving forks/spoons, napkins, etc. to go with the board. I love this place, they have something for everyone, from kids to seniors. Stop in

Absolutely love this shop on St Armands Circle, they have unique merchandise throughout their store and available on-line. Both my wife and I shop there year round, and is our go to place at Christmas.
The owners and staff are very personable and knowledgeable, you won't find better or value-added customer service anyplace else on the Circle. I've referred coworkers in search of that "special" occasion, or "just because" gift.

Barbara is the most amazing shop owner I have ever come across. Just Because offers something for everyone. Not only is is fun and exciting to see all the different items, but she makes you feel so special as you shop. No pressure. Ever. Take your time and she offers to gift wrap!!! Always fresh water offered too

Love Just Because!! Shopped here the past few years and always find something great! We have gotten everything from stuffed animals, to fun water bottles, and beautiful sculptures. My mom and I love to go for St. Armand's Ladies Night, 15% off and Just Because always has fun drinks and treats! The women who work here are wonderful, they're kind, helpful, and just make you feel welcome without hovering over you while you shop. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in St. Armand's!

I love this store! A family-owned business that represents a variety of American artists. It's a great place for gifts and home decor, and I especially love the fun serving pieces. Barb will give you terrific advice on gifts for any occasion and price point. (Of course, I love to buy gifts for me!! I found the most beautiful -- and unusual -- clock there. It's one of my favorite purchases ever!) It's also a place where I feel safe shopping during Covid -- the glass store front retracts to allow outside air.

What a unique shopping experience! I found truly amazing gift ideas for my sister and myself. 😉 Barb was friendly and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. The website was easy to navigate and secure. My packages arrived in a timely manner. She wrapped the items beautifully, card included and ready to gift. I am already looking forward to doing some Christmas shopping for my loved ones!

Wow! What a beautiful unique store. I bought the sitting giraffe and the giraffe drinking bowl along with the most adorable hedgehog toothpick holder. I also bought the Ocean scented sanitizer spray. It smells so great on my hands. I’m always looking for different pieces that enhance my home and I just love them! The owner is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! Her artistic choices and selections from jewelry to bakeware are many one of a kinds! I love everything about her store. I highly recommend stopping by. I plan to visit every time I visit Sarasota...just/because! Love love love! â¤ï¸ðŸƒðŸ

I absolutely LOVE stopping by this posh & unique boutique when I'm in Sarasota. Yes, St. Armand's Circle is full of cool little shops but not as quaint as this one.
