With a list of more than ten important points to address, these monitors check with residents about how they're doing, invite them to activities, make sure their personal spaces and neighborhood common spaces have been attended to, and take note of any obvious changes in status that our Resident Services Care Team may need to investigate further.

Not sure how there are so many good reviews. Was on the phone and over heard the nurse welling at a resident about a medication. Poor gentleman was confused and the nurse was laughing at him that he was pronouncing his medication wrong. This is the most unprofessional, useless, uncaring group of people that work here.

This place is just like the mission on the wall Dignity Value and Comfort not a bunch of fancy stuff like the expresso machines and stuff. The people are super kind all the residents we saw on the tour shared how much they love it there they all seemed so very happy. Debbie gave a great tour and was so imformative about how to use community resources to get our mom on Medicaid. (Not crazy about the lobby furniture could be updated and the TV room furniture was very worn needed replaced) But for the value it will be our pick in a year or so when we get all our ducks in a row.

Volusia County Seniors could not be more pleased with the quality of care and service our seniors are receiving at Gold Choice. The staff is awesome, the room are spotless, the food is delicious and the grounds are lovely. It is clear that everyone who works there really cares about the residents entrusted in their care. This gives families a well deserved peace of mind and comfort knowing that the care at this facility is the best available. The ownership of the facility is actively involved, daily!

I feel that the food here is good, the staff is very cooperative and qualified. I have my own parking space near the front door and the location is central to everything you may need in the community. I feel safe and secure at all times. The interior and remodeling choices are very cheerful and the artwork is tasteful. I recommend anyone should come visit and see for themselves.
