Meet our Administrator, Eleanor Gustavsson. Eleanor has been in the West Volusia Area HealthCare Community for 30 years and a part of our team for 19 years, . Founded by and still owned by Steven Anderson with a commitment to being the best Assisted Living and Employer in the Area. Our Full Time Associate has been here over 10 years -- that is 5 times longer than the industry average.

Being Locally owned gives us the flexibility to work with our Residents on maximizing their financial resources. We will work with you on delaying payments if you have a Residence up for sale or are waiting on other Benefits that are going to become available in the future. Great staff. Manager is very helpful and works with you to meet your needs. I have been very fortunate when in a pinch if they had an opening Dad was able to be cared for. Carrying and concerned people. When my dad was in the nursing home they went to see him. My dad has only done respite care with them. It's comforting to know you can trust your loved ones to people who care.
