The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time.

When my dr left I was scheduled with another, which I might add I was very uncomfortable with. I called 2 days before the appt to make sure I had the right time... no answer all day, no answer next day. A woman from another office even tried calling with no luck. I finally got through 3 days later and the rude secratary that has NO IDEA what shes doing said I was disharged for 4 no shows! That never happened, secratary made it up... my dr. would have NEVER tolerated this from her. I suggest get new secrataries before you end up with a lawsuit! A therapist was seeing my daughter, back in Feb. They said they'd call us when the new therapist started. It's now May, and still no call. In March I called the intake coordinator for my son, she tooks his info, and I have to hear back. Extremely unprofessional. My understanding is the therapist leave these offices faster than McDonald's workers. Very disappointed . If you're an adult looking for mental health services, goto Samaritan 2nd floor, or their PROS program at 1801 6th Ave, to get amazing treatment that works.

Office staff is super friendly. I love the receptionist, she is such a sweetheart. My Dr is very friendly and also open minded and intelligent, given my tough case an open minded Dr is great as they are hard to find. The NP I saw when he was on vacation was also super sweet and talkative and I felt comfortable seeing her and would again. I really love my therapist as well, she is very relatable and actually wants to help. I don’t usually stick with therapists long but I do enjoy talking to her and probably could for hours lol. I’ve been seeing them a year and a half and no issue with disruption

Disgusted with the conduct of this office. I called this April to make an appointment for my son, after confusion with paperwork being lost because they were short staffed and the office coordinator was covering (whom initially I thought was wonderful and I was ecstatic with the level of care she had on the phone, this was April 25th) however, on May 11th to actually get an appointment I had to resend the information I had sent earlier, go through the interview again and wait longer because no one had any record of anything I had sent to this woman even though I had replied to the same email correspondence

I have been to three of the four practices and I can say that I am thoroughly impressed. They have kind and caring staff working for them. Each staff member that I have encountered have been accommodating and have gone out of their way to help me. I can see Dr. Meghani's vision for his up and coming practice and I am in awe. The providers are fantastic and I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Heard about the practice from a friend. They are amazing. The staff was available to make appointment very quickly and I was able to get complete care in one place. Their place in Delmar also has a fitness facility with exercise physiologist on staff that were able to provide guidance to stay healthy and do exercises at home.

Terrible from top to bottom. Waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I finally did go back to see the nurse practitioner, she saw me for about 3 minutes said she is sending in my scripts and, I had to call them every day for 10 days to finally get it sent. They don't care about patients.

My nurse practitioner is at south troy 300 4th st. This is the worse dr office ever i experienced. My pharmacy fax refill request 1 month ago, and i called twice a week, 4 weeks in a row, and pharmacy fax couple times again. But still didn't get new prescriptions. They don't care about their patients. I'm looking other place to go.

Really sweet and caring staff. They really do their best to help as much as possible and are always smiling when I come in.The doctors are really great too, Dr. B seems to genuinely care about my daughter's well-being and doesn't just try to have us come in and out. Overall great environment and people!
