Our family lives here and we have enjoyed the lifestyle very much. It is very secure, luxurious and friendly. The location is excellent, walk to Publix and shopping...very convenient to Downtown. You can call Nickel Ride and they will pick you up in a fancy Golf Cart to take you nearby to Edison Estates or Downtown. It feels like you're on vacation all the time here!

The best decision we made was moving to HPP. We can do our daily walks along the river and enjoy the various restaurants and shops downtown. Publix is two blocks away for grocery shopping. Most importantly, the HPP community has taken steps to make this place resort-like. Iām very proud to call this place Home!!
