If I could give zero stars, I would! The female doctor I saw was horrible and in my opinion so uncaring and unkind. To make matters worse, she didn't even know one of my conditions; she said she never heard of it. After the visit the next day, she called to tell me I was too complicated and she couldn't be my dr. Huh? I already didn't want her from the moment I met her...no bedside manner, no warmth about her at all. This practice charges extra big bucks if you need them on weekends or need to talk them on the phone for something new that's wrong with you. In my opinion

This is the worst place to go for the treatment. For patients, it's not just about the doctors, but all the people from receptionists to nurses who work there. The receptionist talks like every word out of her mouth is a $100 bill. I've never been to a medical practice where the staffs are so irritated to help you. Hugely unfriendly atmosphere. I would give them a ZERO star!

I saw a therapist who works at Main Line Counceling & Wellness for about a year and I was impressed with what a great listener the therapist was, and besides the obvious knowledge of the therapist I had who has excellent tools to share that helped me with my well-being, I was also impressed by the genuine kindness and compassion of my therapist. I can't speak for every therapist who works there but my experience was very good.

The therapists there are awesome. Our therapist is knowledgable, very easy to take to and engaging in listening. Their space is bright and comfortable. However I strongly recommend they find a new scheduler/medical biller. Calling once and leaving a voicemail you can expect to not hear from her. You must call 3 to 4 times and email 1 to 2 times to get a call back or email the week following your calls and emails. The practice requires a credit card to stay on file for copays, and the medical biller has charged my credit card without my knowledge. When i requested a breakdown of why the charge was

Our specific experience is limited to one professional on staff - Susan W - who has been a terrific resource for us. I found her after some web research (of course) and her background and areas of expertise seemed like a good fit for us. My husband and I are wired very differently so it says a lot that we both really appreciate her approach in working with us. Highly recommended.

Fortunately, this is one of the few negative reviews I've had to share. Let me start by saying I was very excited to possibly work with this group. I have given them this rating based on my experience with their staff prior to even meeting with them, as you may read below.
I found Main Line Counseling & Wellness Center, Inc. through my insurance providers network, and reached out on March 7, 2016 to set up a meeting. They called me back almost 24 hours later which is ok, because a 24 response policy is mentioned on their voicemail. Cool, but not as timely as the other reviewers experience.

I've been using this office ever since I moved into the area. Each time I call or come to the office for an appointment, the blonde receptionist is always VERY unfriendly. She's very short and curt with patients who are simply there to get medical treatment. I've heard her complain about me and other patients who call into the office while I was sitting right there in the waiting room. Isn't it a medical office receptionist's job to make patients feel comfortable and to be helpful to them? Each time I call and each time I've hear her answer a call while I was

Very dissapointed with the receptionist.
I called in as a new patient. Took the day off, was running late after dropping off my two year old son, to day care. I called in letting her know, that I was running late. she asked me, what time, I would be in. I let her know, 8.40 Am.
After rushing, in at 8.40 (as per my phone), the receptionist, says that you are 4 minutes late, its showing 8.44 on her wall clock. She told me, I needed to reshcedule the appointment, because of 4 minutes. I simply walked out.
I trust an smart phone showing the time more correctly, than a wall clock. But lets assume

I recently moved to the Main Line area and in need of a doctor I turned to yelp. After reading the only review I thought I would give her a try. I loved her and her staff!
When I first walked in I was greeted by her receptionist who gave me a couple laughs and handed me some paperwork to fill out. After 15 minutes of completing half the paperwork one of the nurses came out and offered to help me with it and took me back in to one of the rooms to enter it in to a computer. She then welcomed me to the area and we talked about my medical history.
When Dr. Hargrove game in she was completely wonderful

Okay, first review, and I don't even live in Philly anymore. But now in Houston, I'm feeling the loss.
I'd say there are two categories of doctorliness which make this a 5-star review. First, the impersonal stuff. Modern office, computerized charting, accurate scheduling (I was never kept waiting), the ability to make an appointment at short notice to get something looked at, convenient location. Can't think of anything that's lacking. She shares her office with another doctor who I haven't met.
The second category is the personal aspect. When I showed up the first
