They did not get my order correct...I called the main number and was given a credit!
We have LaRosa's almost every weekend they had an off night!
I used my credit at the Hyde Park store all was excellent!!

The salad was ok but wasn't its best as usual. It was mostly lettuce then anything else even though I was charged for the extra I requested. I asked for curbside pickup but no one ever showed even though they stated that they would. However, the lettuce was fresh.

I visit this LaRosa's location about once a week to grab lunch and each time it's been great. I place my orders online and my meal is always ready to pick up on time. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is always tasty.

This has got to be the worst LaRsa's there is ..... I'm done calling in talking to supervisors just to get a credit and get the credited order WRONG - WRONG -- WRONG again... I'll stick with Donatoes where they... ALWAYS GET CORRECT.
LaRosas always take the order correctly but when its delivered you get WHATEVER THEY DECIDE TO SEND...
I hate to do this because they have some great delivery guys and I tip very well..

I don't like LaRosa's anymore! The quality has dropped since I've last liked it about 20+ years ago! Being nice sliding it a 2 star although plenty still swear it's as good as it's always been, usually younger than me so.....

I have been a customer at seven hills Larosas for years now and used to be a employee at this location. I am happy to see after my departure they kept the friendly customer service that a worked so hard to provide! They do a fantastic job of giving food with a smile and the management team at this location is fantastic! They do a stellar job! 9 out of 10 times the food is fantastic and cooked to perfection! We love the pan pizzas at my house thank you seven hills larosas for being a model larosas location! God Bless you!

I ordered online for pickup and when I got there I was greeted by two lovely smiling faces! This was my first time at this location. When I arrived my pizza was hot and my salad cold! I couldn't ask for a better experience or service! Thank you!

LaRosa's is a chain pizza restaurant that taste like a specialty pizza shop. Insanely delicious!! Im from TN where we dont have LaRosas and i tried it while visiting Cincinnati for an internship...craved it for the last 11 weeks i had been gone. Got lucky to come baxk to Cincy for some training and SO WORTH THE WAIT!!!

If I could truly rate this experience today, it would be zero stars. So....I ordered 3 pizzas and an order of fries for my family while I was at work. Called home to ensure the pizza was delivered in a timely fashion and that the order was correct. The order was partially correct. I call and request to speak to a manager and advised 2 of the 3 pizzas ordered were incorrect and the driver almost forgot the fries. Manager offered to make the correct order this time and send it out. Order was delivered. As soon as this idiot driver turned away he commented to my husband that we didn't have to

Very poor service. Waited 45 minutes just to get food! Despite the many times they messed up our orders. My brother asked for plain spaghetti with a meat ball. First mistake gave him sauce, second mistake no meatball. MANY other mistakes. My family typically spends 30-45 minutes there, this time we spent over an hour! I'm saying it again horrible service. Won't be going there for a long time

Don't ever order the wings here. We waited forever and when they finally came out they were literally swimming in garlic butter. It was insane. It looked like wing soup. I asked the waitress could they pour the grease off of them. She brought them back and they still had a large puddle of grease under them and they were soggy. The manager just took them off the bill. The waitress never came by to refill our drinks. I left there thirsty and hangrier than I was before we showed up. My boyfriend's steak hoagy and fries was good though. Won't be returning.

Immaculate place, friendly staff. The pizza is really good--I recommend the roasted garlic as a topping. Their new "rondos," particularly the spinach ones, are really good. An order of these and a salad would make a great meal. We'd definitely go back.
