Since first stepping into a Salon at the age of 7, Jennifer was fascinated by the art, energy, and skill of master stylists.
She has devoted her career to her craft of styling and coloring - and after a decade of delivering outstanding results, she is now the owner of Sydney's. Jennifer is incredible. I have never walked away from an appointment anything less than thrilled. The salon is always clean, well run, and full of many smiling faces. Jennifer genuinely cares about her clients, listens to their wants/needs, and flawlessly executes. She is the only one I have ever trusted with my difficult hair. Jennifer and Sydney’s Salon is truly the best.

I have been seeing Jennifer Gill the owner of Sydney’s Hair Salon for over 10 years, as has my family. She has been cutting, and coloring our hair in a professional and respectful manner all this time. Once she started as our stylist we never stopped seeing her. She can come up with ideas and help with styles when you want a change. She has always done exactly as we requested and we have never worried that we were going to end up with something completely different than that which we had asked for. Getting my hair cut at Sydney's by Jennifer Gill is something I look forward to. Jennifer does and amazing job. It was my first time getting a short haircut i showed her what I wanted and i been so happy with my haircut and styling. Loved the environment everyone always nice. Appointments are always on time. Also, in this time of COVID-19 I really appreciate the safety measures they take to make sure we are as protected as possible. Just moved here from Florida, my daughter gave me Jennifer’s name and I made an appointment. I was nervous because I like multiple hair highlights. Jennifer made sure she knew what I was looking for and that’s exactly how I wanted my hair. She even improved my hair style by cutting more layers in the back to prevent bed head. I’ve been back 2 times and each time I enjoy her work and her personality.

I went to Sydney's Hair Salon and had the most wonderful experience. I'm super picky about my haircut and color but the owner Jen is extremely knowledgeable and patient!
She took her time to lighten my hair to the perfect shade of platinum blonde. The staff was very friendly. I've gotten so many compliments on my fade and color!

Sydney’s hair salon is so welcoming and has such chic style. My hairstylist is Jennifer which I don’t plan on changing ever!! Jennifer has been my hairstylist for 2 years now maybe more. I have seen her grown and became what she is today, amazing! Jennifer listens to exactly what I want or don’t want and is updated with all the new trends and styles. I trust her judgment completely with my hair. I have always had long hair my whole life, 27 years, today I can tell you I am a short hair lady!! Jen chopped my hair and I love it!!! I’ve been going to Sydney’s to see Jen for years, without fail, I always feel beautiful when I walk out the door after my appointment. I used to go to other salons and couldn’t plan to go out right from the salon, I’d have to go right home to fix the styling. I have NEVER felt like I needed to do that with Jen, it’s always absolutely completely perfect. I’ve gone once since COVID started (because I take it very seriously and generally don’t go anywhere) and I felt safe in the shop. Everyone wears masks, no one takes them off. I love it at Sydneys . Stephen, Mike, and Jen are great people and treat you like family. Jen has cut my hair for years and I won't let anyone else do it. I see how well she does my wife's and others hair. She is very talented. They are really flexible with scheduling and always try to make things convenient for you. They need to get automated reminders in place.

Besides the excellent technical talent and attention to clients' requests, what stands out most about Sydney's is the extent to which you don't feel like a stylist's 1:00 appointment; you feel like a valued client and friend. I started going to Sydney's to continue having Jennifer G. cut and style my hair and my first experience at this salon was awesome, both in terms of the cut and the welcoming nature of Michael and Steven. Never before have I visited a salon where the stylists/managers/owners took the time to introduce themselves to me and be so genuinely warm and inviting

This is an elegant, friendly, excellent salon. In addition to Michael's being a gifted stylist and colorist, he and Stephen are so welcoming. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and relaxed, with lovely antique furniture and decor, great jazz divas singing softly in the background, introductions to your fellow clients, coffee or tea and really, truly, excellent services and products. It's really pleasant and fun to get one's hair done here!

Sydney's is an intimate salon with one stylist: the owner. Michael (the stylist) and Steven (the manager) make you feel as though they are entertaining you in their parlor. They are the nicest people ever. Michael is a master with both cut and color. My husband first started going here to get his hair cut because he couldn't stand the gum chewing bimbos with all the loud music at all the other hair salons in town. He convinced me to try out Sydney's after my former stylist was put in rehab. My husband's pitch "I've seen woman come in looking like hags and leave
