Using Champion's training principles, we develop a specific program that incorporates balanced fitness and nutritional. Group Training utilizes the same approach as private training with participants sharing a designated time-slot. Unlike a "class" at a health.

As a Boise personal trainer serving Meridian and the entire Treasure Valley, I've had the opportunity to work with various clients over the years and help them realize their true potential physically and mentally through fitness training.

I have seen the most gains and growth with a personal training program that is goal oriented, mixed with the right amount of intensity, that allows everyone who trains at Champion Fitness to find their internal drive to achieve the best results.The ability to continually balance work, rest and play is one component of a successful personal training program.
Private training is our most personalized approach. Using Champion's training principles, we develop a specific program that incorporates balanced fitness and nutritional coaching to maximize results. You will progress through the movements, exercises and workouts at a pace that is conducive to your fitness level.
A high intensity "hybrid" strength and conditioning workout. Specifically, the workout consists of circuits that begin and end with a cardio drill and our combined with 3-4 strength exercises in between. The circuits are repeated for continuous rounds and once you've finished this bad boy you won't know what hit you, buy yet afterwards you may find yourself saying, "Thank you sir may I have another?!"

I joined this gym two years ago and am so happy I found it! I’ve never been a part of gym that feels so much like a team/family. Everyone supports and encourages each other. Jason creates incredible workouts with a true knowledge of the body and visible results. He gets to know you and is able to push you and motivate you according to your specific goals. I never thought I’d enjoy something like Spartan racing, but Jason and the team make it something I can work towards and look forward to all year long.

Jason's group training classes kick @$$. I've been coming to Champion Fitness for just a couple months, and it's been awesome. No two workouts have been the same, I can tell my endurance has improved tremendously, and it's just fun. EVERYONE should workout here. :) Also, Jason has a great taste in music which makes it that much better!

This gym is awesome! You'll be hooked after the first visit. Not only is Jason extremely knowledgeable in the field, but he creates challenging workouts that are not only effective but FUN!. This gym has great people that welcome you like family and a trainer who holds you accountable and wants nothing more than to see you succeed. He even joins in on the fun occasionally. I'm so grateful I found this gym two years ago, and I can't imagine ever leaving.

I joined this gym two years ago to begin training for my first Spartan race and was hooked after the first week. Even after all this time I'm never bored with the workouts and I feel like I continue to get results. Jason is very skilled when it comes to creating workouts. I never feel like I I come to a stand still. Not only are the workouts, facility, and owner great... the people that attend this gym become like family. If you're looking for great workouts day in and day out this is the gym for you. If you're looking to train for a Spartan this is also the gym for you! I'm so glad I found it

I’ve worked out with Jason for the last year and half!! I was looking for something more than an axiom! I needed accountability!! Here you will find that! As a small group setting that I choose to do, I have made friendships but more importantly leaps and bounds in my strength! You are getting a personal trainer everyday you show up! He is knowledgeable and works with you if you have different needs or an injury! I would recommend anyone come give it a week fair shot!!

The workouts at Champion Fitness have changed the way I feel about my body and my strength. I've always been active, but not big on working out for the sake of working out.
I thought I would go to the group sessions for a couple of months to get ready for my roller derby season. I did weight lifting for the first time since high school (many years ago). I like seeing how much weight I can lift, how I am getting stronger. With the HIIT training, I notice I am able to do more intense activity for the entire session. A client of mine had been raving about Jason Wanlass's, the owner/personal trainer of Champions Fitness, fun, challenging, and rewarding training techniques so I decided to give it a try. I've been coming to Champion Fitness for a year and a half with my sisters. Every morning I ask myself why I am waking up at 4:15 just to go to the gym, but when 6 o'clock hits I feel stronger, healthier, accomplished, and proud of myself. Jason Wanlass is truly the best! He encourages me to push my limits and holds me accountable for my work. The first time I came to Jason I had a knee injury.

I have been working out with Jason at Champion Fitness Training for the past 3yrs. Initially, I was only using exercise to lose weight, but Jason helped me realize what I really needed was to focus on changing my lifestyle and to make exercise and health a priority. Now fitness, health, and diet is part of my lifestyle. I now enjoy and crave being active in and outside of the gym. The moment I met with Jason I quickly realized he was unlike any trainer I had been to before. Everyday is something new, challenging me in ways I have never before experienced. He takes the time to tailor each workout to meet your level yet push you to do just a little bit more than you thought possible. I recommend Jason to everyone I can. I have enjoyed working out with Jason from day one. He listens and takes time to understand my needs and fitness goals (which change periodically).
