Robert Weinberger began farming in 1946 eventually settling in Tulare county where he tended vineyards for 50+ years. His son, Gary Weinberger, continued the tradition. Gary graduated from Fresno State University. He worked for Dudley Ridge as a Technical Advisor. Gary started the company as Weinberger & Associates Agricultural Consulting in 1988.
For many years, this company was run by Deborah and Gary Weinberger working together to build a client base. He felt that a personal touch with great customer service was the key to his business. His business grew by word of mouth referrals. He never advertised. Eventually family and colleagues were enlisted as seasonal workers.
