Avedian Properties was established in 1994 in Visalia, Ca. The family owned and operated business has grown from a modest start to over 50 agents. We operate our offices as Avedian Properties and Avedian-Heaton Properties. In addition to current property owners, we also represent new home builders and investors in buying or selling. Our main office is located in the heart of beautiful "Downtown Visalia" at 209 W. Main Street. We have additional offices in Visalia, Exeter, and Delano. Jim is very hard to get a hold of takes days to return phone calls forgets to schedule inspections that need to be completed in order to close escrow, very dissatisfied with his service.diffently not a full service agent. Took the listing never mentioned that a week later he was going on a 3 week vacation then after returning 2 weeks later took another week long vacation.
