This was my first visit to Cornerstone. Thursday was a holiday for a lot of people, and the dentist office was busy. Even though they were very busy, the entire staff went out of their way to make sure that everyone was being given attention.
Jennifer was very professional and caring and i felt no stress or anxiety. (big plus)!
Dr. Choi was a combination of professionalism, artistry, and engineering perfection as he and a member of the staff worked in exacting detail to accumulated the data, photos, and research that they needed, in order to put together a comprehensive dental program for me

Kirkland Cornerstone Dental was a great local find. Went today for a teeth cleaning and it was the best cleaning ever!! The dental hygienist explained how to really care for my teeth and reasons why it was important. She took her time and really cared.
Their office is incredibly clean, and front staff were kind.
I had a lot of respect for the dentist, Doctor Choi, and felt he was honest and knowledgeable. It was the first time I was shown X-rays in a way that helped me understand what needed to be done for my dental health.
I was explained by front staff the cost and felt they were very reasonable

I've never given a dentist a 5 star rating in all of my 47 year's- until now. I came to Cornerstone for a second opinion, after receiving a long extensive/ expensive list of services I was told I needed to do immediately ( by another dentist). Selina reviewed my x-rays & examined every single tooth with my x-rays. Then, she went over what I truly needed & the priorities. She included me in my plan of care.... instead of freaking me out ( I've had bad past experiences). From my first phone call with Samantha to my teeth cleaning with Carol- I had a great feeling/experience

I cannot day enough good about Kirkland cornerstone dentistry! I had a dental emergency in the middle of the night. I left a message with their office and showed up as a walk in patient first thing in the morning. They got me in right away and taken great care of. To top it off the front desk was incredible. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

I'm every dentists nightmare - the person who hasn't been seen in several years. My experience with Kirkland Cornerstone was one that ensures I will now be the patient who follows through and checks "cleanings every 6 months" off of their adulting checklist. The dental assistant, Cindy, the front desk person, Michelle, and the hygienist, Mary, were all lovely. Very friendly, thorough and efficient. Excellent dental clinic. I had a broken tooth and Dr. Ben went out of his way to help me. He is so kind and skilled. He took time on his weekend to accommodate my issue. I am so impressed with the care. The tooth looks great now. I highly recommend this clinic. The front staff also worked out my insurance claims. It was completely a great experience! Dr. Ben and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I rated my experience as 5 stars, however there were few things that I noticed that can improve the overall experience:
- Steet signage: Arriving to the location was not a problem. I followed my GPS directions, and I arrived there on time. However, it was hard to locate the the correct building and I got confused when trying to search for the right entrance. I would suggest to have some sort of signage at the back of the building, to guide the patient to walk around as it was not evident that where I parked was Suite 2 or was the back of "

WOW. If you're in reading this and in the market for a dentist, look no further. Walking into the doors you can expected to be greeted personally and welcomed warmly. Then, once you're in the chair, the attention they give you is WELL above par. They explain what they're doing and don't leave you guessing. Not going to lie, I do have a little fear of the dentist office, but the comfort from the Dr. and staff immediately faded this fear. I am loyal to Kirkland Cornerstone Dental and will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family.
