Dr mirchandani : my foot was killing me. First thing out of this man’s mouth was he can fix me. He set me up for an MRI and told me that I had a slight slight abrasion between my L4 and L5. To fix this he wanted to give me a shot in my spine. I refused because I wanted the problem fixed not the pain. I went to a neurologist that told me that there was nothing wrong with my spine And don’t let anybody stick a needle and you’re fine.
I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Mirchandani and he wanted to know why I was back. I explained his receptionist call me back for a follow up appointment

I have been coming to see Dr Trevor Krauss for 4 years now. I have lived with chronic back pain for over 10 years. Living in pain can definitely mess with your quality of life! Dr Kraus has been a complete life changer for me. He really cares about what I'm going through and has given me wonderful care! His staff are all wonderful and caring people as well. Thank you Dr Kraus for taking such wonderful care of me!

I was in a panic to try and find a pain management person who will take my insurance. As well as listen to what I have to say. As opposed to doctors who are just want to give you shots or you need surgery.
He’s working with my PT...
I was appreciative that the office was kind and understanding to what I wanted ( needed ). I did not feel like a number...
Dr. Trevor Kraus listened to to me... my daughter was able to come in with me...it was helpful for me.
I’m feeling better about myself physical and mentally.

After several injections and Dr visits with 40 co-pays and insurance, I'm still in the same shape as I was when I first visited this office.
Whoever answers the phone was very rude, wouldn't let me even complete a sentence to explain what was wrong, even after I asked her to please let me explain the problem.
I ended up going to the office on my lunch break, because I happen to be a Methodist hospital employee I was already there. Still problem not solved and pain is at a 10.
I'll just go somewhere else, smh!

UPDATE:
So karry the office Manager reached out to me and apologized for the way I had been treated and said she was sorry for compounding the stress and frustration and said that she will take care of what happened so it don’t happen again and she also is making sure to get all my information sent over to my new pain management doctor so that there won’t be any hold up and she told me that if there is anything she could do or say to my insurance to make them hurry up and approve my surgery she would. she also gave me her direct contact information so that I could let her know how my surgery

So my first go around with them they scheduled a spinal injection and urine sample a week within contacting them. Well they have since found other issues they didn’t look for before they gave me the injection. They decided to look at my MRI because the spinal injection didn’t work. Well they scheduled my next visit for a spinal block in March. It has been a month since I’ve left my urine sample which I’m waiting on to get some pain medication. I spoke to a lady a few weeks ago and she said they did in fact have the results and they’d have the dr contact me. I’ve called and emailed since
