They did an outstanding job fixing my MacBook Pro 15" Retina display. He walked me through the entire process. Made sure I was comfortable during the process. Made sure everything worked after the repair was complete. He even worked around my schedule and met me close to my home. He definitely knows what he is doing and would trust him again with further repairs. Thanks again for your work and integrity.

Joao was great! I sent out numerous questions on yelp to companies for help with my broken LCD screen on my Mac book pro retina.
He responded the same night within minutes of me sending out questions to companies.
He was the most helpful and respectful person out of all the companies on here.
He helped find the computer part that i needed and lowered his price to be accommodating.
I had issues with my bank and he was very understanding. I'm coming back to him again when I need help.

Joao runs a solid business. I highly recommend.
I ran into a few hangups with the work done on my old macbook here (issues were because it's hard/impossible to find OEM parts for a 2011 macbook - not Joao's fault at all) and Joao worked with me every step of the way going above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. In the end I got my machine back with a working keyboard and a new place to refer friends and family if they need work done on their computers.

I bought an used Macbook Pro with João and he gave me 30 days of warranty after those 30 days the problem started. All of a sudden the macbook was shutting off (the screen was shutting down and there was some noise that seemed to be related to the RAM) I contacted João and he was able to help right away. The problem was intermittent and he advised us to get a new memory RAM from a store in NY. He bought the memory for us and installed but after a couple of weeks the problem came back. He returned the memory to the store. João suggested a shop in NY that are specialized in Macbooks repairs,
