The help desk is always quick to respond to tickets. I like that they can just remotely login to my computer and fix the problems for me rather than having to be walked through it over the phone. A lot of the time they get on and I step away to grab some water or something and they are finished by the time I come back. Awesome service.

Everything just works now. I got tired of fighting with the technology that is supposed to be helping me. Little things like a printer disconnecting from the network when you need it can really disrupt you day. As an HR Director, I am used to work with different services. Many companies go over to computer systems and lose the focus and contact to save money, but lose customers. This company is very unique in the way they treat their business partners. Best IT team there is! They've helped with everything - literally. Thank god we had them before the pandemic, they made sure our entire company was able to continue working remotely and prepared us for a true disaster too. I have sent 5 of my clients to IT Accuracy for managed IT services and they truly hit it out of the ball park. It's not often I refer outside vendors to my book of business, but much of my work in 2020 has needed on-going support, cloud migration and cyber security updates.
Their evaluation process alone should cost a pretty penny because they find areas of concern only an expert would have!
They were very consultative and explained the solutions needed without forcing their own agenda. I am continually satisfied with how they coach us and amazed by the response time.

I have been a client of IT Accuracy's for about a year now and the experience has been AMAZING! It's like having a full time IT person on payroll. Their customer service is superb! Our old IT staff was slow and not very cutting edge. IT Accuracy took over our IT Department and revamped all of our technologies. We have transitioned our server into the cloud as well as all of our computers and workstations. We can now operate fully remotely with the same work flow and efficiency as being in the office. We are not tied to the office anymore and managing 60 employees is now a lot easier.

We had two major issues that our staff and security team always complained about, our help desk and our surveillance system. IT Accuracy was able to help us on both fronts. Our staff can easily get technical help in a timely fashion and are comfortable with the easy to use support portal. Our security staff can actually see sectors of our facility in ultra high definition and go back farther that 90 days to review incidents. We're really appreciative of their great quality of work. Edgar was Fabulous. He was able to retrieve the data from my old computer that had a bad hard drive. Before I called Edgar, I was sure all my son's memories & photos were gone forever. Edgar also came out on short notice in the rain. I was very impressed. Plus he completed the job within 24-48 hours. Wow. I'd definitely recommend Edgar to anyone for computer issues. He was amazing!
