I am not sure what is going on in Dr. Mao's office but I had an appointment back in June and his office has now called me to reschedule 3 times and NOW I had an appointment coming up on October 11 for 3PM and I am told for the 3rd time he has to change the time of my appointment. I am a very patient person, but after having 4 appointments and not being able to complete one of them due to the constant reschedule is not what I call good customer relations. I would not recommend calling this office for an appointment. You can find another office more accomodating

I had gotten a rhinoplasty back in December 2020. I’m currently 10 months post up and I couldn’t be any happier with my results. Dr. Mao really did his thing. The staff was very helpful in keeping me well informed. Very smooth process and Dr.Mao was always available to speak if I had any questions or concerns.

Sharing my terrific experience with Dr Mao. I recently had a deep plane face and brow lift with Dr Mao and I'm so thrilled with the results. I look exactly the way I did when I was younger! Or, admittedly even better! I am 44 years old and would have to go back to my late 20's to find a picture of myself that matches how youthful I look now. My experience getting Botox with Dr. Mao was fantastic from start to finish. The friendly and knowledgeable staff got me a convenient appointment and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr Mao asked me what my desired outcome was and delivered exactly that. I wanted to get rid of my crows feet and forehead lines. His assistant even offered numbing cream (I declined). The procedure was super quick and virtually painless (the needles are so small it was honestly just a pinch).
