Mom in Assisted Living with dementia and can't leave. She took her glasses all apart. Took what I had left to Spare Pair. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, and they were able to read the script on the glasses and help me get 2 similar frames. Everyone went above and beyond for me. Great work ladies. And thank you!

Highly unprofessional behavior by the staff. I took my MIL there and the address on the google maps is unclear and takes us to wrong side of the location. Which caused 10 mins delay and they said we must reschedule the appointment at 12pm. Well, I left my infant at home with my husband who had to go for work, and I was not going to sit there for 2 hours. So I requested to allow me to go in. However, they said wait for half an hour and fill out the form. There was a guy, who was obnoxiously rude and kept on saying that "Oh I don't know if the insurance will cover or not" It was regarding the eyeglasses

Honestly the best eye checkup and frame selection process I have ever experienced. Dr. Lin is warm, welcoming and very thorough. Daniel and Michelle went above and beyond to assist me in making two great frame choices. They did not hesitate to tell me when something did or did not look great. I am delighted to have found this gem so close to home.

I started going to Spare Pair after Costco stopped taking my insurance and went cash only (very shady). I'm actually glad they did because Spare Pair is so much better.
Dr. Lin was extremely thorough and professional. I like that he took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me an image of my retina!
After getting my prescription, Michelle did a fantastic job helping me pick out my glasses. I told her that I really like my old broken pair from Costco so she found me frames that were almost identical! They were ready for pickup 3 days later which was surprisingly quick. When I walked

The three stars are because Dr. Lin is great. He is kind, explains everything and answers any questions you may have. The staff on the other hand are unpleasant and unprofessional. Virtually no help in selecting frames and fact like you are bothering them. The guy who adjusts the glasses is extremely miserable. Second time in a few months I needed something adjusted and he says nothing to you and acts like you are bothering him. To the manager/owner of this store, please hire a professional and courteous staff for Dr. Lin

I have been going to spare pair for over 4 years now for frames and I wanted to let everyone know that this is the GREATEST vision center in Monmouth county!!! Besides that during COVID the shop is spotless, the staff wears masks and wipes things down, takes your temperature, besides that Michelle and Dylan are the friendliest women in the place and helpful, and courteous, and professional, they took great care of my eye glass order. Now Eric adjusted my glasses a few times to make sure they fit me perfectly and he is the magician who cut the lenses to fit my 2 new frames and the old frame that
