Dr. Friedman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin's Plan II Honors Program in 1994. He went on to complete a Fulbright Scholarship in Meknes, Morocco and later received his Doctorate of Optometry from The State University of New York College of Optometry. Top notch service. From the moment we walked in someone was attentive to us. Our last eye doctor turned us over to this practice due to health issues and I’m sorry we didn’t find him sooner.
State of the art equipment, a very courteous and friendly staff. Every test that can be done, will be. Their selection of frames were limited, but I like that. I get to confused and irritated with to many choices.
The women that helped us with frame selections and such was amazing. So happy we found this practice!!!

When taking a payment from my credit card it took them less than an hour to send me a confirmation email. When making a refund it takes them 24 hours as they stated; for me to just receive a confirmation email. They are just a mess when it comes on billing the insurance company. In order to get a writing notice or anything you need about the diagnosis, including the prescription. I had to remind the staff numerous times. I will not go there for my next check-up. Very disappointed, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I actually had to get two examinations to correct the initial prescription I was given because it was off by quite a bit, and I needed the glasses and contact lens ordered to be swapped out with the new prescription. Despite that, my 2nd prescription seems to be spot-on, and I'm happy with my experience overall. Dr. Friedman was patient with us finding the right prescription, and his staff is particularly wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly and takes the time to explain your insurance benefits in a digestible way. It was very easy to arrange everything with them.

I've been to many eye doctors between Massachusetts, New Jersey and PA, and I feel this was the smoothest and fastest office. The assistant and office staff were very helpful and friendly. I went in for annual check up for contacts and eyeglass perscription so it was an easy exam. But I was surprised by some of the new machines as part of the exam. Great addition! I went to 3 different machines I had never seen before. Overall I felt I was in good hands.
