They are very professional! Prices are reasonable and they provide nice, safe and fast service. I was in and out, mount and balance 4 new tires in a half hour! I'll recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I will definitely bring my car back here and I'll bring my fiancée car here too when she needs tires

Do you own a car with nice rims? Or have expensive higher end tires? Do not even waste your time going here. Took my 2010 Mustang GT here. I have staggered tires (back tires are bigger than the front). My rear tires are 275 45 18 while my fronts are 245 45 18. I had the shop install new NITTO NT555 G2 Ultra High Performance tires that I purchased from american muscle. Over $1000 mind you, with new painted lug nuts. When I got the car back I noticed some vibrations. When I took my car on 95 noticed the whole car shook so badly as if it wasn't balanced properly. Pulled over to notice that THEY USED

My truck had a slow leak in one tire that I couldn't pinpoint. Took it in to tire city to have them look at it. Needed the valve stem replaced, done free of charge. I've dealt with them for years, but didn't expect that. They won't try to sell you something you don't need, and they give you a good price on what you do need. Good to have a strong local business that you can absolutely trust.

I have been taking my cars here for years and won't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and when life wasn't going so well for me they really helped me out working with me on the price, i never forget that. To make a very long story really short.
Sharon went above & beyond taking care of me. They made two trips off property to take care of my car & situation. I don't know if they charged me xtra and I don't care. They turned my bad situation into something I didn't have to deal with.

I never had an issue here. I understand that the coronavirus has us a little bit stressed. I had to get a new tire and I told the woman that I needed a new tire. She said in a little nasty voice uh I'm helping someone. I apologized because she was standing there alone so how would I know. Finally they called me and said I needed a new tire and I asked did I get the tire from here? She said "I dont know" I said well I need to know. I said never mind I'll get the tire from somewhere else. She comes running out trying to cover her butt and face and she said see you have 2 nails

This past Saturday was a good friend's wedding. On my way to give him a ride, my tire blew out. I had to leave my car and ride back with him instead. I was able to arrange a tow to Tire City. I called Tire City and explained my dilemma. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday with limited hours and take payment over the phone so that I would be able to have my car for work the next day. I have always had positive experiences with Tire City and will continue to use them in the future.

I've been coming her for 7 years with all of my cars. Great prices. With my bmw, I wanna paid $120 for both tires great price. I brought my bmw back to fix to fix the last tire. I know nothing about tires. I told him I was there before, basically explaining the situation. He told me all the tires they have, I told him I want the cheaper kind. He told me okay this is what I'll give you. I asked him how much, he ignored my question. I asked him again how much this man ignore my question. Time to pay he told me $115 for one tire. How is that possible when I just paid $120 for both tires

A bolt, and I mean a good sized wrench type bolt went into my truck's tire. I tried to plug it myself to no avail, it was still leaking, even with two plugs! I wanted the same type of tire and they told me to come right over, they didn't have the same tire however they said they would order me a new one and place a loaner so I could drive. The place was packed on a Saturday, every parking spot taken, all inside seats full! When it was my turn the garage guy working in my truck, Drew said, "hey did you want me to give it a try at repairing, I'm sure I can patch it for you"

Bough 4 brand new tires less than a month ago. Came in today with a flat tire right before closing time. They replaced the tire at no cost and gave no attitude whatsoever even though I came so late. (They even waived the $20 labor). Outstanding customer service. Well only be purchasing tired from them in the future. Thank you!

I recommend to all of my friends and co-workers who need tires to go here. It's family-owned. They are fast, and I think their prices range from inexpensive to competitive.
Every member of the staff from the front desk, to the people on the phone, to the garage bay techs are polite and professional. I've been there 5 separate times, and have dealt with several staff members. They are consistently great to me and my wife.
