This is my new favorite workout! The instructor Jenna is amazingly awesome. She is such a good teacher. She explains how to properly do everything during class. She pushes me every in session.
Taking Pilates on an actual reform machine is so cool. The best way I explained it to my friends that have never taken it is that its like ballet weight lifting in a way.
I come twice a week and do Planet Fitness alternating days. I am so impressed with how my muscles feel different than they do when lifting weights. I feel longer and leaner and the movements are just so different. I am loving the differences
