I had the pleasure of working with Insured Title Agency on a recent purchase transaction. The experience was nothing short of AMAZING! The exceptional customer experience started before they even received our title order. As a loan officer, I rarely get emails from the title company introducing themselves or follow ups during the process. This was not the case with Insured Title Agency. The processor and closer communicated throughout the entire transaction. I was in the middle of a seller transaction when I first heard about Insured Title. They were not the title company for my contract, but I had questions so I emailed and asked them to help. Insured Title and Lisa Vitale are the best. They make closing on a home feel too easy. Lisa is the closer that you want on your team when you have a transaction that seems tough. She was able to help me close on a home in 3 days. For this reason, I prefer Lisa with every transaction because she will get it done and on time. I can not tell you how valuable Lisa and Insured Title are for my customers!

Sorry I could only give Insured Title a 5 star review because they are A1 and definitely a 10 star team. Lisa V is my main point of contact up there and always ensures a smooth transaction, in fact I have never had a transaction close past the closing date because of their diligence. Lisa has even taken the time after hours to help my cousin learn about how to start a career in the title field, now that's going above and beyond! Lastly, I vote yes for Lisa's salary increase Kevin! 😎👍👊
