Ryan and team were very helpful from start to finish in the purchase of a dream land purchase property in the Rexburg area. They treated us like family. Even after closing, Ryan continues to help with any questions we have. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable in many areas I’m sure, however for our purchase he answered detailed questions related to land development, CCR’s, water rights, wells, irrigation, HOA’s & By Laws. Moving can be difficult and it's important to find someone you can count on. I was relocating for a new job. I had to sell a house in one place and move hours away from what I always knew. Halee worked diligently to get me taken care of. Questions were aalways answered quickly. If there wasn't a final response there was communication it was being worked on. When I wanted to see something new it was scheduled that day. There was never hesitation (other than from myself) on any request. I recommend this team if you're planning on moving to or within the Eastern Idaho area.

Working with Jeff, Ryan, and Halee was great! We ran into some issues with the property, but this team seemed to always have our best interest in mind. Halee was a bull dog when it came to getting things done and Jeff and Ryan were great at keeping us informed with updates as they received them. The property that we purchased came with many upgrades and additions that we were pleasantly surprised by and we are now settling into our new home. Thank you for all of your help and support!
