Pilates's focus is on the overall conditioning of the body through a series of mind-body exercises performed on a mat or other specialized equipment. These challenging exercises can serve as building blocks towards the maintenance of good health, enhanced athletic performance, prevention of injuries, and relief of stress.

Our goal at CK PILATES, LLC is to introduce you to the principles of STOTT PILATES. Through a challenging regimen of exercises, we will assist you in achieving Maximum Core Strength, Optimal Flexibility, and Total Body Toning which can enable you to maintain an injury free, active lifestyle.
Services
Engage your core muscles with Pilates floor exercises using your own body weight for resistance. This class will help you trim your midsection, tone your muscles, improve posture, flexibility, prevent back injuries, and increase the mind/body connection. Pilates creates strength without bulk by lengthening your muscles.
To insure a strong foundation in the Pilates technique, we recommend a new client begin with three 55 minute long individual classes. In the first session, we will evaluate your posture and assess your goals, then introduce the basic principles of body awareness that the Pilates Method is based on.

The CdLS Foundation provides support to families affected by CdLS and helps raise awareness and educate the community about this rare genetic syndrome. CK Pilates is my number one place to refer my yoga & personal training clients who wish to add Pilates to their wellness routine. Connie Kelly is highly qualified and also one of the only certified Melt Method instructors in the South Jersey area.
I love to take classes in this clean studio with the best equipment and instructors around. Every body at any level of health is welcomed into this friendly place.

Tried many gyms and work out regimes to relieve nerve and disc injury pain, but nothing helped until I discovered CK Pilates. Connie Kelly, owner, is a rock star of Pilates, reformer, trx and other unique workout classes. The small studio setting and a core team of instructors can't ne beat. I recently underwent major surgery and my rehab was made so much easier because of my core strength and conditioning. Connie is certified in the MELT Method which works to hydrate fascia tissue and muscle-a great way to treat pain and soreness while adding flexibility. Never bored and always challenged-that
