Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. The store manager(MARVIN) is rude and have a very unprofessional tone when interacting with customers. This bad behavior also holds true for some of the cashier's when interacting with customers. The verbal tone is unprofessional, these cashier's appear to be very uninterested in being at work, they don't smile when customers approach the counter, and rarely thank the customer or say have a good day. Better service when I Shop in the Hyde Park community

I shopped here a week ago and found things have changed for the better. All the employees were wearing masks. Even that big guard at the door entrance was wearing one! The place is clean and they sell a good collection of food that you also buy at Mariano's. The managers there act and speak professionally.
