I have worked for Your Home Care for 6 months and I can't say a bad word. I have been supported through my shifts and there is never an issue that has not been dealt with promptly. All my colleagues are lovely , shifts are planned very well and i have enought time to complete tasks and for travel to the next call. It is a very relaxed and stress free work place.

I have been with the company for 6 months now but i know i made the right decision for me. I have met some amazing clients and i work with some amazing staff . This company is amazing so supportive, office staff its not them and us we all work as a team. They are informative and tell us how the company is progressing. They try and keep u within your areas so not travelling all over the place. Continuity is priority. Good rates of pay. Got good staff benefits. So pick up that phone and come and join us.

We have had the pleasure of utilizing Your Home Care's services for well over 1 1/2 years now. They have been outstanding working with my elderly aunt. They have always been available for all questions. Always making sure all of her needs are met. My aunt requires 24/7 caregivers. We have had the great fortune to have such amazing caregivers as Gerda, who is with her 5 days a week for 12 hours a day and Victoria who spends 5 nights a week, 12 hours a night. Only worked for your home care for 3 weeks and they are fabulous! They introduce you to the clients first and they never send you into the unknown. A breath of fresh air, all the office staff are very approachable and welcoming, all the staff I’ve worked with are very professional and lovely to work with. Fantastic place to work. Training is exceptional and all staff and clients I have met so far have been friendly and welcoming. The care plans are extremely detailed and I like how we get introduced to our clients and shown around prior to being on our own. All questions I have had so far have been answered immediately. I feel that I am going to learn a lot while working at your home care. Your home care try to give their carers regular runs, which enables us to get to know our clients and vice versa. They also ensure you have plenty of travel time between clients and they try to keep you as close

Working for your home care is a breath of fresh air in the care sector. Management is supportive and really care about their staff and clients. Working for a home care provider that actually cares about all their staff and clients, not just profit is so refreshing. The staff are all friendly and supportive within the company and clients are all wonderful to deal with. Any concerns or issues raised are dealt with the same day or within a few days. The first care company that I have worked for that I can honestly say genuinely look after and support their clients because they actually 100% care, not only do they care about their clients, they care about their staff too, keeping in touch by having weekly feedback calls to check how you are doing and to remind you that they are there if you require additional support which means alot! All the staff at your home care are so friendly and helpful. I know I made the right choice going back into working in the care sector and choosing your home care.

We used Your Home Care the past 8 months, through the death of my father and then my mother. Norma took on the challenge, and was wonderful. She was so good with our mom, 95 years old, weak, and with dementia. Her presence was stimulating for my mom. She loved my mom, and my mom was happy to have her around. We were also happy to have her there.
