Harry Baker started Southwest Industrial Rigging in the mid-eighties with a single crane working in Casa Grande, Arizona. Over the following 35 years, the company continued to grow and eventually moved from Casa Grande, AZ to Phoenix, AZ. We now have four locations in Arizona, including Flagstaff, Tucson, and two offices in Phoenix, AZ.
We celebrated our 35th year in business in 2020. Services
All-terrain cranes offer a powerful lifting performance and superior mobility on and off-road for many different types of projects and applications. Our fleet of all-terrain cranes ranges up to 550 tons. Hydraulic truck cranes are ideal for short-term projects and are street legal, making them easy to transport to your job-site.
Our machinery crews are qualified to safely move your equipment. SWIR crews can complete the installation of new equipment, as well as relocate existing equipment to a new facility or within your operations. SWIR crews are equipped with the knowledge to handle your equipment removal and relocation from start to finish, including dismantling, transportation, storage of equipment, rigging services, and re-installation.
Loads up to 600,000 lbs. Suspension Beams keep the center of gravity low, making transportation more safe and secure for over-sized and/or overweight items. All-terrain cranes offer a powerful lifting performance and superior mobility on and off-road for many different types of projects and applications.
Our Special Rigging Division utilizes a jack & roll system for up to 500 tons and beams, stands, jack, and slide systems for loading and unloading your over-dimensional complex loads. Our Special Rigging, Heavy Rigging, and Heavy Transport divisions work closely together on almost all projects, making your move a seamless one no matter how big or small.
Custom fabrication services are available from blueprints provided by our customers. We can also take ideas from our customers and collaborate with them to generate a solution to fit their needs. Once a solution is created, we can take the process all the way through to completion with certified, engineered drawings if needed.
