I was really disappointed with the result. I ordered the premium package. When I picked up the car, it looked good at a glance. When I got it home and looked closer, I saw how shoddy the work was. The windows weren’t clean. The back doors were a mess. One had been sprayed and not wiped. The other door was untouched. And the side and top of the car were dirty. Don’t waste your money.

I got a groupon and actually wound up upgrading my package to a bigger one because I have an older car that runs beautifully and just needed some love. Well let me tell you, when I picked up the car I thought they had traded it out for a new one. It looks amazing, it’s shiny, they touched up all of the scratches and imperfections and there’s even sparkle back in the paint. Would 100% recommend you bring your car here!

John's customer service is truly outstanding. He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine.
I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly

Very painless and wonderful experience. This was my first time getting my car detailed so I didn’t know what to expect. Ethan made me feel at ease via email and even more so in person. My mom brought her car here after an extreme top soil mishap inside, and was in desperate need of a detail. We keep our cars clean at all times, so when said mishap occurred, it was almost as if the world ended. She made an appointment for when she'd be visiting NY, and Ethan was extremely accommodating! He did an AMAZING job on her car. It looked brand new! A regular car wash won't pay as much attention and won't take care of your car like Ethan does. His pricing is also very fair and reasonable. Thanks so much, Ethan! Mom is still talking about how great it looks!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto. I was first interested because their pricing was very fair. I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car. After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns. Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible

My car was in rough shape going in here and John has made magic happen! The previous owner of my car was a smoker and no matter what I did, it wouldn't come out. John told me he used an ozone machine after vacuuming and wiping every surface possible, and ran it again for good measure. When I hung my vanilla tree scent from the mirror, I smelled vanilla - not a stinky old smoked-in motel room with an air freshener. Couldn't be more thankful for the breath of fresh air.
But the real treat was actually touching the car as the finish was glass smooth. I could see my reflection. He performed color
