Dr Mehta and staff are totally awesome. I had the pleasure of a virtual meeting yesterday with both Dr Mehta and her MA. It couldn't have been any easier to connect with Dr Mehta and her MA. Started with her MA (sorry that I forget your name), who was pleasant, friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. Dr Mehta is both my Sleep Specialist and Pulmonary Doctor, I cannot give her enough approbations. She is knowledgeable, competent, friendly, easy to talk with, on top of everything, compassionate and caring, also a sense of humor. I look forward to our next virtual meeting and even more so looking

Your tele-health provider is unreliable. The experience was needlessly frustrating. We got cut off 2-3 times within 3-5 minutes.
Also, if you continue with tele-health, it will be helpful to the patient if you communicate, on booking the appointment, when to expect the link. There is no reason for the patient to have to call your office 30-min before the appointment to find out where the link is.

Waited 7 weeks for an appointment. Saw Dr. Mehta 2.5 months ago. Not a great listener, but I think one of her solutions might have worked, in combination with one I suggested. She said she'd call me the next day with a prescription and to tell me what equipment to buy. I've heard nothing, despite calling her receptionist several times. Obviously a 100% waste of time and money.

What a circus - and I don't mean that in a good way. The paperwork for my visit and a CPAP machine was submitted to the insurance incorrectly with my husband's name instead of my name. There was also a problem with the test results making it to the medical supply company. I have no idea which organization was at fault. However, Dr. Mehta's office was ineffective in resolving the issue. My appointment to receive the CPAP machine is today and the insurance company still hasn't received a corrected claim with my name on it. It has also been difficult to get a live person
