We had a terrible experience with DiJulio Law Group. We hired them to review a contract, and they didn't even finish the job. They were only focused on billing hours and only wanted more money. They were non-responsive, requiring several messages to get a response back. They were very rude and pushy. I would strongly recommend finding a different attorney.

This law firm is exceptional for handling eviction cases. One attorney particular, her name is Armine Barsegyan, she has been helping me and my sister with several cases with evicting tenants. She has a lot of experiences and is good at her job and I would recommend her and the law offices to anyone who is struggling with evicting tenants out of a property.

I would not recommend this business if you don't wanna be overcharged three times or more than quote. They take their time and keep charging you as long as it possible. But looks like his wife very proud of him. She has posted 5 star review for his business:

After my son had been living with huge rats in a Studio City apartment for eight months I called in the HEalth Department. The apartment building illegally tried to evict him immediately upon learning of the HD involvement. I spoke to David Dujulio about the simple case - fighting the eviction - and was told the case was easy, we had photo evidence of at least eight large rats, hundreds of emails complaining over months etc.... I was told it was a simple case - to put down $2500 retainer - of which I would get refunded as when we won, we would also win legal fees.

I used DiJulio to evict a tenant for late payment of rent. I really thought they're attorneys were very kind and thoughtful but not as aggressive and determined as id like them to be to help me strategize and solve my problems.
This tenant continues to give me major problems in my building.
I still have a payment amount due and have making payments to them.
