Lived here almost a month. Apartment got new carpet and new paint right before we moved in. Space is clean, and it's a great value for the rent price with everything included. We had a heating problem and maintenance came ASAP to check it out. They were here 2 mins, assessed the problem, came back for another 5 mins the next day, and our heating is back on. No charge. The main woman in the office, I think her name is Jane, is nothing short of wonderful. She's handled everything in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. The only downside here is the other tenants. People smoke within the building
