I would have been a new patient...the receptionist told me they did not accept my insurance, I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance co. Who gave me their information. So I called my insurance co. Back and he confirmed they are contracted. To be fair, I told her the insurance name, however my insurance co sub contracts to another company so I needed to tell the receptionist the sub contractors name. Now in my opinion she should have at least recognized the name of my insurance company and put two & two together (because she even said I wasn’t the first person to call that had my insurance

HORRIBLE! Both myself and my Mother had horrible experiences with this place. OMG! I literately had called to confirm our orthodontists referrals when I made the appt and then that day 2hrs before! Got to the front Desk to confirm with this receptionist exactly WHAT we were there for again! Waited 45mins then this hard to get appt with this Dentist (Who has zero idea what’s going on in her operation!) went really south! They take my son back in the chair and then just before she starts proceeding I ask the assistant what exactly are we here doing. She proceeds to tel me so much BS and NOT what
