She is a great dentist and does her best to work with you in even unconventional but very creative and really great ways, when needed. I recommend Dr. Franck! I'm happy with the work she's done.

I just had a cleaning and a checkup on my teeth by the Franck Family Dentist association, and I am very pleased on there ability to provide this service without any discomfort what so ever. And I did enjoy talking with the hygienist that did the cleaning and with Dr. Franck. Best wishes Ron

I love going to Kasi for my dental work. She is very gentle and takes time to explain things and doesn't make me feel rushed. Angie the dental hygienist is really good and thorough also. Stephanie at the front desk is so friendly and knowledgeable. My Mom was visiting from Southern California and was able to get in for a visit. She liked Dr. Kasi and staff so much she rebooked for her 6 month check and cleaning.

I love Dr. Franck and the fabulous ladies at Franck Family Dental! Having only lived in this area for a few years, I wasn't sure what dentist to choose as there are so many options. Shortly after moving to this area, I chose a dentist I wasn't the happiest with, but continued going due to convenience. After moving a few miles away, I told myself it was time to find a dentist I absolutely loved AND was closer in location. I wasn't expecting to love Dr. Franck and her staff right away and was going to "try out" a few dentists before making my decision. Fabulous reviews led me to try Dr. Franck first

I never used to like going to the dentist. Ever. A friend recommended Dr. Franck and I was hesitant at first but I quickly had my mind changed. Dr. Franck and her team provide caring and careful service without trying to sell you a bunch of extra work that you do not need. Stephanie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well! I cannot give them all a higher recommendation!

I am always pleased with my experience at Franck Family Dental. I've been going there for a couple of years now and the staff is so kind, always willing to go out of their way to make your visit the best. I've had Stephanie, from the front desk call me to offer me a sooner appointment and she always talks to me on the phone like I'm family. They know your name when you walk in the door and I've never had to wait in the waiting room for long. You can tell that they hold "patient satisfaction and patient experience" high on their priority list. I am always grateful that they aren't quick to offer

Stay away! Her billing is sketchy and her office bullies people. After agrreeing on over a thousand worth of work and signing off on it as well as giving full payment I now owe almost 600 more for some odd reason and they are threatening small claims. They have called and yelled at me, my insurance says they sent them 600 that has not been cashed and they are so imcredibly dishonest and rude I will never go near that place again and I strongly advise you to read the negative reviews and believe them and then go to Rocklin modern dentistry for way better treatment that is honest and affordable

I came in for a consultation and was able to get a cleaning the same day. Their staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Franck is also very nice. She explained everything that needed to be done in detail and made sure to ask if i had any questions and answered all of them. I've since had the first half of a deep cleaning procedure and it went great. The hygienist kept asking how I was doing and if i needed more of the numbing agent. I had a great experience there and would HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to everyone! THANKS!

The staff, everyone of them, is always friendly and they make you feel comfortable and welcome.
I was seen at exactly my appointment time.
The Dental Hygienists do a great job cleaning, with no pain (and my teeth are very sensitive.)
Dr. Franck has always been there to fix any and all issues.

I just got back from my first appointment there. This review is coming from a person that has always had a fear of a dentist office since a kid, Dr. Franck made everything comfortable. She is very nice and her staff is wonderful as well. Michelle takes care of the front desk and she is definitely on top of everything! This was a great experience and a smooth transition into a new office. I will definitely continue as a patient there. The office is nice and everything perfectly clean and comfortable. Thank you to everyone at that office!

Franck Family Dental is the greatest dental office around. They are friendly and will take care of all your dental needs. Coming from someone who isn't too keen with going to the dentist, I would recommend this office to anyone. I actually enjoy going now. They are GREAT with kids too!!!!!

What ever you do.... Don't question her billing practices. She got very defensive/ angry and severed my family's 4 year relationship with her. It was very weird how it all went down. I've never wrote a review on anyone, but I just had to warn people. I wrote a detail of events under Franck Family Dental if you want specifics.

Great experience, they worked with my insurance well to make a plan to get me back on track for a healthy smile :)
Friendly staff as well.
