I've work with Commercial Carpet Logistics for many years now in partnership with my contract flooring company, and I can say that they are nothing short of the best. This review is in response to Cassie's review on our poor customer service. Cassie was hired to pick up freight for a project shipping to one of her customers. However, the customer did not relay information that there would be glue causing a hazmat charge and different pick up instructions. We were then told we needed to ship the glue for her. We told her no since the company went around us on freight and hired her company. Therefore, it was out of our hands. Now, Cassie has left a review on our company saying to look else where.
