Anyone using this service must not have read its reviews or know what this company is about.
I had a delivery due a month ago, they were supposed to call to figure out a time. (Literally no other company does this to the address I had it sent to)
Nothing.
A month later, they just "lost" my shipment.
These guys are no better than thieves and crooks and it's amazing they're still able to fool companies into working with them.

I have never had a worse experience getting a package picked up / delivered. The local office's dispatch phone line has been out for over two WEEKS. The corporate office is clueless. Crazy that they are still in business. Was promised a callback from a supervisor/manager over a week ago, but never received. Zero stars.

This is the worst company to deal with. They charged us a premium of 2500 air freight to ship our brand new laser engraver so we could finish our christmas orders. Picked up the air shipment on Dec 9, and was promised delivery by the 16th. We had staff prepare to crunch and work overtime to process the orders so that we could ship by the 20th. (We were going to run 24 hours non stop for 3 days to make things happen). Freight never arrived, all the plans and promises we made were for nothing, lost all our customers, and had the worst christmas ever. AIT still hasn't delivered the shipment

I have been dealing with this company for over 3 weeks. I purchased an electronic from SAMS, the item arrived at their sorting facility on November 11. Since then I have been calling to find out when they will be delivering my purchase. Every time that I call someone incompetent or rude (or both) tell me a different story. Today is December first and they are telling me that maybe on December 6 I will have LUCK. Really?

They "Lost" my TV - all they had to say is it's busy right now and a trace takes a week. This is the delivery service Sam's Club uses for their high-end TV's.
This was the first and last time I ever order anything for delivery from Sam's Club and I would never trust or use AIT Worldwide Logistics to responsibly handle any delivery task.

This company needs to get there stuff together . I ordered a griddle from Sam's a month ago and somehow it never got sent to their partner company direct and when i call the 18774334248 to check on it they don't have any info on it. so Sam's canceled that order and did another and guest what the same thing happened again. sam's really needs to find another company to handle there online orders.

This has to be the WORST freight/logistics company out there. I have had two HORRIBLE deliveries from AIT. Both times I was given a SIX HOUR WINDOW that the delivery driver showed up almost an hour outside (4:45PM for a 10a-4P window). Never called. I ended up calling. Both times the TV delivered has a 2 person threshold delivery requested and ONE very elderly woman who can barely walk was the ONLY delivery person.

Terrible company. Bought a $$2300+ piece of equipment from a manufacturer who shipped it more than a week ago and it has been sitting in their warehouse for over a week now. I called and got some nasty woman who could not have been more unhelpful. The manufacture is 2.5 hours from me. I would have preferred to pick it up directly than to deal with this inefficient garbage company. Seriously will never order from another company who partners with them.

I ordered a 75 inch tv from Newegg. It came via AIT on a box truck strapped to 2 pallets. They rolled it all of the way into my garage (because of Covid they couldn't bring it inside) with a pallet jack. The box condition was perfect. The guy moving my tv was treating it like he was about to put it in his own house. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for the easy process. Maybe they can teach newegg how to be better. Everything up until AIT got my TV from newegg was a complicated pain in the butt. After AIT got it everything went smoothly.

Absolute worst. This is my 2nd time ordering a TV from Sam's Club and once again AIT making the delivery with delays and no contact. It has been over 2 weeks and even Sam's has not heard back from them. I am canceling my order tomorrow and ordering from another site. I really wanted the TV for Thanksgiving, since I had family in town, and it is now December 12. Absolutely outrageous. I might transfer to Costco, since Sam's cannot get it together using these unreliable, cheap vendors.

Horrible customer service. I called about my delivery because the tracking information said it was out for delivery, but we didn't get our item. The person in the office said they had no idea where my package was and couldn't locate it. I told them I received a call that they would be delivering today and she again told me they had no idea where the package was and it never arrived. I asked to speak to a manager and she was terrible. Told me there was nothing she could do, that the company didn't call that wasn't their policy. Incredibly mad I hung up. My team was really looking forward to working with AIT to get our interior decor/design business up and running. We had a working relationship with John (director of specialized solutions) for MONTHS. Honestly, it wouldn't have taken months if their staff checked their email every day like a normal person. We would have to reach out repeatedly in order to get a response from John and his team. Several conference calls and proposed solutions later, they left us in the dust.
