I reached out to Certified Chimney late last night, as my heat and hot water needed to be disabled due to a chimney/exhaust issue. Dylan and his team were extremely helpful and flexible, and were able to show up early this morning to assist. They took a look, and explained to me what the issue with the blockage was, and also some other issues that they were concerned with.
Due to the severity of the situation, and with the cold weather rapidly approaching, they were able to accommodate me. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They really helped me out while I was in a tight spot

Very professional highly recommend this company. Very honest and wasn't just trying to sell me. They really did amazing job and explained everything that I needed to do and left it up to me if I wanted to fix the problem they weren't pushy. We had them fix the chimney we had clay and pipe and no cover to the chinemy. They took out the decaying clay and installed new pipe going right to my boiler. We had them make a custom cover for the chimney and it looks amazing. They really do quality work

We needed a lot of work done to our chimney. Charles walked me through the process, offered me options and got the work done in a timely manner. His staff on site were professional and left my house spotless. I don't know a lot about chimney's and they made me feel comfortable asking questions and proveded answers that made me feel comfortable moving forward with the repairs needed.

I agree with Jenna. Use caution. I did some research on certified chimney service from CISA website. I called this company for a chimney cleaning after seeing an add in the mail and verified certification and reviews. I got an appointment 10days later. The day of the appointment they no showed and rescheduled. They called and called for me to reschedule. I rescheduled for around Christmas time for what they told me was the first appointment of the day with a time window of 8am - 10am. The night before they called to confirm and said the crew had two appointments before me. They came half hour past

AVOID ! They are scammers. Had them come and tell me that I needed an entire new chimney liner. That if I replaced it within the week they would knock off $500. Anywhere that will right off the bat reduce price for fast service is a red flag. They also failed to tell me that the cap on my chimney was reducing ventilation. Had a second opinion chimney service come which came recommended by a neighbor and there was nothing wrong with my liner. Second chimney company saved me THOUSANDS of dollars.
