We have been with Ted Hess for over 25 years! We work with Carey Goodman specifically and we want to say how professional, timely and reliable he has been over the years. We have several products with State Farm but for auto we had to switch a couple times, no fault of State Farm’s. It’s during those off periods we see the difference in real service! Large companies not returning phone calls or emails and being consistently misinformed was the norm. We recently rejoined State Farm for auto again and Carey was right there where we left off….ready to accommodate efficiently and professionally

I have had multiple lines of insurance with Ted Hess's agency for over thirty years since I was a young adult and Ted was just starting out. Debbie Adams has been my closest contact for years - very responsive to my many questions and has helped me maximize discounts, especially important with the addition of teenagers to the world of driving. Ted and agency even went to bat for me regarding an unjust accident claim that was ultimately reversed in our favor. Very helpful to have a person and a company you can talk to directly and trust to help you when you really need it.

After an RV road-trip I discovered a stone chip in my windshield. Never filing a claim with State Farm I felt this was not going to be a good experience. I called Carol at Ted Hess’s office. She took the lead and my worries were over. Couldn’t believe how easy she made it. Two days later the repair was done and to my surprise Carol called me to make sure I was satisfied. What a pleasure .
