I just saw your commercial. It was music for the song “God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen, For Jesus Christ Our Savior Was Born”. You turned the entire song lyrics into lyrics for selling items in your store. For me, that doesn’t feel right nor makes me want to come to your store.

Integrity? Not so much.
Two weeks prior to this visit I brought in a few odds and ends to sell, not expecting much, so I wasn’t at all surprised or offended when I was offered $0. During that visit, I inquired about a $45 credit slip I had at home, wondering if they’d still honor it after 20 years. Yes, 20 years. The woman said, “absolutely! Just bring it in and we’ll get you updated in our system.” I said, “wow! Awesome! Thank you!” So, like a nimrod, I picked snowstorm driving conditions as the day to finally use my credit.

One of the best stores I have visited in a long time. Everyone is super generous and kind. They try to answer each question to the best of their ability and they have a lot of history stored inside of their building. This is a must stop and check out what they have.

One of the most ignorant tv commercials I have seen in a long time; you need to hire a professional writer & videographer to shoot you a real commercial that doesn't make your company seem desperate for money. I've been to your establishment, and you're better than this. Please take this with constructive criticism, but that commercial truly reflects poorly on your company and actively pushed customers away. I took a large amount of silver coins here from an estate. Five people helped expedite this process and were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. It was a very enjoyable yet somewhat sad experience that these people made easy. Thank you so much.

The first man I dealt with was kind and respectful. The second however was rude and arrogant. Claimed he didn’t know what my diamond was so he couldn’t make an offer on a piece I was selling. How do you sell jewelry and not know your diamonds? The older male with glasses was downright unpleasant.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional in regards to questions about sales and purchases of precious metals with reasonable prices. They have a large selection of high quality items and I will be going back for any purchases or sales in the future. It's wonderful to have a local dealer and not have to go through an online mint/dealer.

Initially, I was not particularly pleased with the individual I spoke with on the phone who implied that the precious metals I was looking to send off were counterfeit simply because I bought them online from a reputable dealer. I don't buy off of ebay and only from trusted dealers. But...they ended up being very easy to work with (once they tested the gold of course) the spot price payed was very fair overall. They are doing everything to be highly competitive in price in both buying and selling which if they remain this way I will buy with them for the foreseeable future. I can't help but feel

My experience was terrible, I was glad I knew what I had before I went in because the did not even quote me the correct price for my item on the market. Be informed. Buyer Beware. and basically sell else ware because unless you do your own research first you there is a reason why caution signs say "Dander slippery when wet." Use the Buddy System. Shop wherever you like by all means but do your homework and have fun.

Customer service is initially great. But today was the second time I went to buy something and they give me the, “Oh, this is way under priced” rant. This is very frustrating as the price increased by 2,000+ dollars both times! Whoever is in charge of pricing the jewelry, should do a better job! Or maybe they see people with money and decide to try to make more $$. Not my problem anymore as I won’t be returning.

I have bought several items and had a ring made into another piece. I put money down and made payments. There was an error in the recording of my cash payment and when I tried to discuss it with the owner he got very defensive stating his daughter doesn't make mistakes. I called again and he said he didn't recall conversation did not have item that was made nor did he have my ring gold diamonds and sapphires that were to be used to make new items. That was the end of conversation. He did not offer my money back nor any kind of compensation. Very disappointed to say the least. I would

I searched out this business on purpose. I had seen their ads and expected a hometown friendly feel from the service. I did not experience any such thing! I was mostly ignored. I ended up communicating, if you can call it that, with multiple people, owner's and employees, while there.
The one lady that did address me and my inquiries was totally dissed, if not abused by the owner's and managers. Meaning the family that runs this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I found exactly what I needed, the people were so incredibly friendly, and they helped me out of tough jam! I wish every business was this helpful and considerate! A true family owned American business! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend for anyone!

From the men behind the coin counter to the men and women behind the jewelry bar-- each and everyone treated us with professionalism, warmth and down-home friendliness that you simply do not find at many shops any more! This place is fantastic in so many ways. They have already earned my parents (Ralph and Susan Tease) lifetime business and now they can add me to the list. My partner and I went in to find a Christmas and Anniversary ring. We were assisted by Katie and she was very intuitive, patient, and helpful throughout the way. We left with two rings, one perfect for each occasion. If you want to find something unique that will last a lifetime, and you want knowledgeable staff that truly cares about the business, this is the place to go!

I'm glad that I got to stop by twice during my GB Packer weekend. I ended up buying a nice Raymond Weil watch for myself and a nice bracelet for my wife. They were very fair with their prices and it was immediately obvious that customer service and satisfaction was a priority. I look forward to stopping by again from California on annual basis to see their selection of watches and jewelry. There's also a lot of cool antiques and memorabilia ranging from Americana, coins and Sports. The best place we visited in Green Bay to shop during our stay.

Happy to have stumbled upon this shop. Great variety! Stunning jewelry and watches, tons of coins. Toys, furniture, lamps. Everything there and in between. Really nice knowledgeable staff. Willing to haggle.

I have stopped in several times to look at the antiques, there prices are a bit high compared to other antique stores in the area but some cool things to see, and the lady at the front is always friendly.
The two times I have interacted with a rep. about selling something I feel like I am wasting her time and being talked down too. Id rather them just say no thank you, we aren't interested, versus making me feel like an item is no good or give a horrible price. I have left feeling embarrassed and that isn't right.

Mostly jewelry, some vintage and costume jewelry and some more high-end, so if you are looking for that type of thing this is the place. Some other smaller antique items. Not much in the way of furniture. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean store. Family owned and operated which makes you feel pretty good about them. They are super friendly, extremely informative and very helpful. I found my visit with them pleasant and even though I didn't give them my items I look forward to coming back. Honest people. What a great find. I highly recommend them.

This has been my family's number one place to go for jewelry for four generations. Mark and his family/employees are knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly. They have a fantastic selection of jewelry at every price point, and they have unique antiques that you can't find anywhere else. I went in the other day to look at some jewelry and came home with a vintage tool chest that makes a perfect coffee table. You never know what you might find at AA&J, but I promise you won't be disappointed.

This family run business is the best. They helped my husband and I find the perfect wedding ring for him and even offered to clean my ring for free. My husband has been back to buy me a necklace since and it is gorgeous. Great prices and friendly staff.

What an amazing store! Really need to take the time and look around at all the stuff! Complete recycling of great items. An overwhelming selection of jewelry is just the tip of the iceberg. Plus services like sizing/soldering of your rings for prices and timing that you just can't beat.
