I have been buying my and my family's tickets from them for 10 plus years. Levent has been an amazing agent. I always have complicated travel plans (someone coming from Turkey, my husband is going over on a different day, my daughter and I another day, multiple stops, seat picking etc.) He has always been patient and understanding. Checked every possibility for a cheaper price every time. He actually saved one of my trips when a connection flight was very late by changing tickets last second when I didn't have a clue he called me to warn me. He always made me feel welcomed and appreciated

Artun Travel is an exceptional agency if you are looking to travel to Turkey. The staff are extremely friendly, educated, and will definitely get you the best ticket price in terms of airfare. Ask for Giray, he gave me an excellent list of sites to visit, as well as where to eat and stay. I could not have asked for more personable customer service. If you're looking for travel to Turkey or Eastern Europe, this is place is your best bet!
They really have a handle on destination. Last year we were able to put together a 7 day private charter on a "gulet" on the Mediterranean for my father's 70th Birthday celebration. Six of us and three crew members at Sea for Seven days....all handled by Artun Travel.
Make sure you get a good agent on the phone, if you dont feel your person is good, ask to be transfered to someone who makes you feel more comfortable.
