I received a courtesy call from Bender a few days after making the reservation to confirm the dates and ensure all details were correct. Julia/Julie(sorry, they are very similar, so I've referred to her as JJ) was very kind and helpful explaining the check-in process and what was required prior to the date. She further provided additional suggestion and recommendations that honestly would have made the trip easier and the vacation overall more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the vacation had to be canceled. However, as difficult as it is to cancel any vacation, Bender Realty

We have enjoyed the condo. However the property it’s self was a lot to be desired. Swimming pool area had grass growing up through the concrete and the lounge chairs were stained yellow. I realize hurricane sally came threw last year. But the property looked like it had not been taken care of in a very long time. I’m sad to say theses things. Very disappointing.

Cannot say enough about the staff who assisted us while in one of their condos while hurricane Sally was approaching. They were very helpful and even contacted me multiple times after we left to make certain we had filed a travel insurance claim and that the claim had been processed to our satisfaction. So very courteous, helpful and friendly.

I have used Bender for at least 6 times. I always stay at the sandpiper when I visit.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. When I book for Gulfshores I will always use Bender. My recent stay was cut short due to the hurricane and Bender made sure to take care of this as well. I always recommend them to family and friends.

Disappointing. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company that will actually help when weather issues ban you from coming. The rest of the family received refunds instantly from four other companies for the same date and time. It was a shame Bender Realty couldn't figure out the correct way to treat returning guests. Renters beware!!

They were amazing. The original reservation on booking.com said our condo would have enough beds to accommodate us on our girls long weekend and when I got there it didn't come close. The ladies at Bender not only got us a condo that had enough beds but it was a major upgrade from the place we were originally booked for. I went from being major disappointed with booking.com to i will forever be dealing with Bender vacation rentals directly in the future for all of our future family vacations which will be in a house from now on that is beachfront now that we know what to expect and how it is all

Bender realty is wonderful. My family and I had a trip planned well in advance however we declined the travel insurance. Hurricane Sally hit and we were contacted by Bender that our condo was damaged and unable to be rented. Bender was gracious to offer us our unit at a later date this season with 100% paid or 50% towards next years vacation. I have read many unfair reviews and that is simply not the case. It was poor decision making on the renters behalf not Bender. The rental policy was clear and non-refundable. Bender has gone above and beyond. We are praying and hoping for a quick recovery

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 4 years now and Bender made everything so much easier! They will do everything they can to make your visit a success! For the first time coming here I didn't have to clean for two days before I could relax! The condo was well maintained and clean! Usually I have to wash the sheets because they smell like cheap laundry soap, but not this year! The sheets didn't have that strong laundry soap smell! Thank you Bender for making my visit so easy!

I so highly recommend Bender Vacation Rentals if you are looking for a vacation rental in Gulf Shores, AL. From the booking process online, all the way through checkout at the end of our vacation, these people went above and beyond, and helped make my trip everything I had imagined it would be. The condo we chose was at Surfside Shores, and it was clean, all appliances were in good working order, we had more dishes and necessities than we expected ... all we had to do was walk in, make ourselves at home for a week, and then leave. Simple as that. No fuss, no worries, no problems.
