We recently stayed in Gulf shores the Sanibel unit 1007. The unit was as beautiful as the pictures. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked well with anything needed to prepare a meal. The best part for me was the view, Amazing!!! this unit provides a view of the gulf as well as the marina. You can not go wrong booking this unit. Easy check in /check out process. Young's Suncoast was very responsive to any request made.

Everything we needed for a week to relax and enjoy the beach. Suncoast made everything easy from check in to check out. Crystal Shores West 1002 was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view. The elevator on the property was fast and property was kept clean. I will 100% use Suncoast in the future to book with and hopefully stay in CSW 1002 again! Set us up for a wonderful week!

We had a great time! I only gave 4 out of 5 because, as a parent of a child with a disability, I had a few safety concerns. There is no deadbolt, so we had to keep a chair under the door handle to avoid an elopement of my my 5 year old. We also did not like the dining room table situated behind the kitchen instead of in front of the kitchen so that we could eat together while enjoying the view and sounds. There were also no screens in the patio doors, so it let in a lot of bugs when we wanted to enjoy the sounds and fresh air.
However....THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! You can sit on the patio and watch

San Carlos 308 was fabulous! The condo is newly remolded and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped with higher quality dishes and cook wear. We enjoyed the short walk to many restaurants, stores and bars! We will be booking it again for next year!

Great communication. So good in fact, we were chatting about buying some condos and getting the to manage them.
For this vacation rental, highly recommend Sugar Beach unit 343. Great views, clean, very nice decor and furniture.

We rented legacy 102 which is directly on the beach. We absolutely loved our time at Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, spacious and perfectly located. We will be booking again!!!

The condo was clean but there were several issues listed below. Management suggested sending a maintenance person over but who wants a maintenance person working in your condo while on vacation.
1. Walk in shower was either very hot or very cold. Faucet did not work properly.
2. Many lightbulbs in the condo as well as outside the condo did not work.
3. Patio chair (Plastic) was broken.
4. Mold was covered on the outside bedroom door facing the deck.
5. Deck railing posts had Severe damage due to cigarette burns.
6. Toilet bowl lid and tank had severe mold growing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater. Extremely nice condo, clean and roomy, fully stocked kitchen and private beach area. Great balcony view and the elevator worked!! We were on the 7th floor and we were very thankful we didn’t have to use the stairwell Our stay there was wonderful!! That was our first trip to Alabama and we hope to return soon. We would highly recommend the Edgewater and Young’s - all transactions were professional and precise.

We loved our Stay At Crystal tower unit 908. We actually extended our stay one more day. We didn't want to leave. The beds were so comfortable. Enough towels and linens for our family of 5. Our only issue was there was no broom to sweep up the sand in the condo.
The swimming pool was great our daughters favorite part. There was one night the pool by the tower was dirty with cherry stims in pool from people eating. We just went to other pool.
The major issue we had was the wait time for an elevator.
Our stay was great though we plan on staying there again in future

Boardwalk #483. We were very pleased with our condo. Walking in, it was clean and fresh and more than we expected. Great view from the balcony! The kitchen was stocked with everything i needed. It was even just across the street from shopping and a Waffle House! Just a great experience. About the only negative i could say would be that it could use better water pressure.

I just got off the phone with corporate with Becky Meier and they will not refund or transfer dates for any of the money for the trip we had to cancel due to severe weather- a storm that caused 12 deaths, flooding and road closures. I was told on the phone that if a named storm made landfall we would be refunded. It is also in the contract. I'm am so disappointed that we are out $1545.40 because of severe weather and poor customer service. I followed every instruction given and complied with communication and was ignored from Friday 6/18-6/23 I had called 3 times, 1 voicemail, 3 emails and

This place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I am not sure how their company is still in business. They do not communicate, or know how to even properly operate a business. DO NOT USE THEM. The staff I feel bad for, because they are illiterate, and do not know how to effectively talk to customers. Their solution control is awful, and quite frankly they simply need to put better people in charge. I have rented from places for years all over the world, and this is the worst one. Not helpful at all, already giving me answers to the things I know. People only stay here, because they have to, not because

My husband and I rented a condo through Young's. Although we were unhappy with our selection of condo and the age of the unit, the staff at young's office was nothing but helpful. We received emails, texts and calls to make sure we had everything we needed. They walked us through the late arrival info. We even got locked out of the room and they were kind enough to re program a new code and put in a work order WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THEM! We'll use Young's again in the future but do a better job of picking a unit for ourselves.
